Two plumbers had been unable to fix the leaking toilet in our 80 year old house. Matt from S & K plumbing thoughtfilly listened to the history of prior repair attempts and pinpointed the problem quickly as a leaking toilet tank gasket rather than a wax ring problem and had the right part to fix it quickly. And at a reasonable price. Plus Matt was pleasant and accommodated a curious dog. We would highly recommend S & K Plumbing.

We needed to update our water it pump. The old one was 60 years old so it was time. Unfortunately when connecting to our Well they discovered it was so rusted there was no way to put a weld on it. That's not news any home owner wants to hear, but they were very empathetic about the whole thing. Within two days they got a partner company out to dig a new Well. They hooked up the new pump and everything ran great.

We did have a small leak through the new connection when it rained a lot. I think everyone makes mistakes, so I tend to judge a company by handling these situations. I called and let them know. They made no excuses and said it wasn't right. They sent someone out that day to redo the connection.

We now have good clean water with fantastic pressure with a neatly installed system.

S & K employees are prompt, efficient, and they actually teach you something about your old systems so you can make a knowledgeable and prudent decision about buying any new ones. The systems they offer are custom made for you, not off the shelf systems like everybody else. They aren't the cheapest out there, but then you get what you pay for. And the year after year service is excellent. Plus they always do something extra as a thank you for being a customer.

if you have money to waste, time to kill and want to be so frustrated you would kick a kitten, call them. If you don't want to experience the above, call anyone else. They charge 168.00 an hour for sewer cleaning, then add on sur-charges for showing up, standard equipment, and miscellaneous unspecified amounts. Call anyone but them for a much better experience and bill.

They show up late and call and swear and you. You call the Owner for better Service and he tells you he's ashamed of his employee for swearing and tell you your big enough you don't need new business. then don't ack the customer and leave a FAMILY with KIDS WITHOUT WATER for another week because you would not even do the service of Quoting so the family can atlas get another company to do the work without waiting for another Quote.

I will say they are always on time, I will also say the phone people are odd-long silences after service request, almost suspicious questioning and on the boarder of being rude. Hey, I'm not a professional and don't know the correct vocabulary used in this trade. I'm just a customer trying to get my well passed.
