My girlfriend made the call to S&K so I didnt know anything about them. The tech arrived late and assured me job would be done in a reasonable time . The plumber was at our house for less than 2 hours, charging us almost $500 which didn't even fix the problem. S&K plumbing does nothing in the interest of their clients, just takes advantage of them. The market is saturated with plumbers & we just happened to get a shady one. We bought a new house just over a year ago and had some minor plumbing things pop up so we contacted S & K plumbing to address them. First which is unusual they where and have always been on time. From calling the office to the servicemen they are very friendly and helpful. I wanted to mention 2 individuals that have been extremely helpful. First off their plumber Cassidy is amazing! He is calm, patient and truly listens to the customers concerns. He works with us to address every issue we had and did such an amazing job of rectifying our concerns with our tankless water heater and some water flow issues. In addition his counterpart Nolan is always equally amazing and between the 2 of them all of our issues were addressed to our complete satisfaction.

This past week as another example I noticed a little water around our toilet and just wanted to have it checked out. Both Cassidy and Nolan arrived ahead of schedule went over and beyond to put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend these guys and any plumbing and HVAC issues you have this is the place to call.
