He listened to what I was hoping for, called me from his go to supply place, and came back with everything I requested. Came home late one night to water seeping out from concrete at the front of the driveway. My wife was able to call sal and he was out at the house as soon as he could the following day on a Saturday to take a look and provide an estimate. On short notice he was able to assemble a crew together and put a temporary stop on the leak. He came back out on Monday to replace all the rusted out galvanized steel piping with pvc. The job ended up being less work than initially anticipated and instead of keeping the price estimate as was provided, he brought it down to reflect the accurate cost of repairs. Thanks sal for all the hard work and getting us back up and running! I will definitely be hitting up S and J for any other issues moving forward! They took a traumatic experience with our newly purchased home and made things so much easier for my family and I.

Our second time using S&J Plumbing to do work for us, so you know we were pleased with them. Sal and the guys installed new hot and cold shut-off valves and flexible lines for our master bath sink. They arrived on time and completed the job very quickly. The price we paid was what Sal quoted to us, and it was a reasonable price for the job done; much lower than another quote we received. We noticed a very small leak with one of the new valves and they came back to tighten it, working around our schedule. We highly recommend this company.

S & J Plumbing's Sal Juares helped my old house pipe install a water pressure regulator in a very professional way, neat and quick.
and I found hot water heater's pressure releasing valve was leaking, I called Sal again, he come back to replace it with a new valve, even charge free for me, and told me the old tank may be will not last for long. Thanks Sal.

I am very disappointed in Sal after setting up an appointment with him yesterday for a 1:00 appt today. He was concerned of my issue yesterday walking out of meetings trying track down other technicians to assist my problem. He assured me he would address my problem. No show, no answer of phone calls or returned messages. Communication is key. We all have mishaps. Do not use him ever. Wasted day of no water in the house. I was forced to choose 1 star to post.

I was having a problem with my tankless water heater a couple of nights ago, it suddenly began flashing an error code on the display panel and we weren't getting any hot water to the house. My owners manual wasn't very helpful in terms of diagnosing the issue and I found S & L on Yelp that night and gave them a call the next morning. First off, I was impressed with how easy it was to get an appointment, Sal was more than flexible in working around my schedule. Sal and his team got there the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue; turns out a wire was making contact to a piece of metal within unit, causing it to overheat and turn off. It was obvious that the team has extensive knowledge and experience in their field and work; they were methodical in their troubleshooting of the problem and were always professional and friendly. The fix ended being so simple that he ended up charging me the basic service fee only; it is a business after all, and time is money, so I completely understand. I was 100% satisfied with the customer service and work that was provided and, in fact, I asked him to take a look at my bad kitchen faucet for a potentia future job. Thanks again S & L.
