S & J Plumbing's Sal Juares helped my old house pipe install a water pressure regulator in a very professional way, neat and quick.
and I found hot water heater's pressure releasing valve was leaking, I called Sal again, he come back to replace it with a new valve, even charge free for me, and told me the old tank may be will not last for long. Thanks Sal.

I am very disappointed in Sal after setting up an appointment with him yesterday for a 1:00 appt today. He was concerned of my issue yesterday walking out of meetings trying track down other technicians to assist my problem. He assured me he would address my problem. No show, no answer of phone calls or returned messages. Communication is key. We all have mishaps. Do not use him ever. Wasted day of no water in the house. I was forced to choose 1 star to post.

I was having a problem with my tankless water heater a couple of nights ago, it suddenly began flashing an error code on the display panel and we weren't getting any hot water to the house. My owners manual wasn't very helpful in terms of diagnosing the issue and I found S & L on Yelp that night and gave them a call the next morning. First off, I was impressed with how easy it was to get an appointment, Sal was more than flexible in working around my schedule. Sal and his team got there the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue; turns out a wire was making contact to a piece of metal within unit, causing it to overheat and turn off. It was obvious that the team has extensive knowledge and experience in their field and work; they were methodical in their troubleshooting of the problem and were always professional and friendly. The fix ended being so simple that he ended up charging me the basic service fee only; it is a business after all, and time is money, so I completely understand. I was 100% satisfied with the customer service and work that was provided and, in fact, I asked him to take a look at my bad kitchen faucet for a potentia future job. Thanks again S & L.

Sal is such a helpful and honest person!
I am a new homeowner, and I was really surprised when my guest bathtub was draining really slowly. I initially contacted PNP Plumbing and they told me it was $190 minimum to send anyone to my house. I then turned to YELP and received countless other over priced fees. I was looking for someone to assess the problem, since i am obviously not an expert I couldn't know what the problem was.

Sal, responded with an offer for a free estimate and luckily he was very accommodating to my schedule. He was able to fix the problem with an easy solution without question.

Hopefully I won't have any serious plumbing issues in my house, but when i do. I know exactly who to call

Today I had the great pleasure of meeting Sal Juarez of S& J Plumbing. Throughout the years I have met many plumbers who have done marginal work and I was very discouraged but, today, I met one of the best plumbers in the Inland Empire.

Sal came through the water company as a preferred plumber to fix my regulator and to restore my household plumbing after a blown regulator had thrown debris throughout my system leading to clogged water lines and severe stress for me. He was very kind, professional, thorough and skilled. He fixed each and every problem. He let me watch and he taught me a great deal about plumbing. Overall, he restored my plumbing, replaced my regulator and helped to rebuild my confidence in plumbing professionals. You can't get a better plumber than Sal Juarez!

Excellent service by this company. Sal and Jason really helped us when we were in desperate need. Our entire house was clogged. Couldn't shower, use the sinks, our toilets. Called them, after the first Plummer didn't fix the problem, yet took our money. They answered my call, late in the afternoon, on a rainy day. They were able to show us everything, and explain everything in detail so that we can clearly see where the problem is and see what we are paying for. Unfortunately we have a huge problem with our pipes that will need to be fixed eventually, I appreciate that they have fixed it for the time being, and made sure we understand what we need to do moving forward, to truly fix the issue, whether it's with them or with a different company. He happened to be out of town but still made it happen for us. His employee was very kind, was fast, and gave us several money saving options with how to proceed with our plumbing needs. These guys here are legit. I understand how business is supposed to work and appreciate the positive customer experience. I'm proactive in all of my approaches and like to nip issues in the bud before they escalate. That being said, we needed a busted water main repaired from root damage & reached out to Sal. Now typically but not always some service companies have answering services and are often difficult to communicate with. Although Sal was on vacation I received a very welcoming answer and quick response to schedule service within a few hours. Upon arrival Jason & crew promptly began professionally accessing & addressing the issue through completion. Because I enjoy instant gratification, a little impatient & dislike procrastination we are very pleased and thankful with the results of today and won't hesitate reaching out to S & J in the future for an honest days work, for an honest pay.

I called Sal about checking out a potential water leak that a termite inspector called out on a report. He was at the house within a few hours. He was totally honest and said he couldn't find any leak to fix. No charge for the call. I will definitely call Sal the next time I need an efficient, honest plumber!
