What can I say these gents are fantastic. Since I was not available I was able to send in pictures of a leaky faucet to Sal and he was able to diagnose the issue and suggest a solution for me all over the phone. Since it was an entire valve replacement, I had definitely price shopped around but I shouldn't have tried, Sal came in at a price lower then all others and clearly explained his solution to the problem which was completely unique. To top that off he was willing to come in on a Friday evening. I'm sold on his services and couldn't recommend a more qualified plumber , I will definitely be using his services for all my properties going forward.

Sal is a good dude. He fixed our water heater problem and then came back to fix a gas leak issue. I would recommend using S&J for any of your plumbing needs.

Sal and team did a complete re-plumb of our 1938 house, replacing all of the pipes from the backyard through the bathroom and installing a water filter and water softener. Not only did they have the lowest quote (by more than $1000), but they provided higher quality materials than were required by code. Not only did they complete the project, but they were able to find and fix plumbing problems that were caused by the complete yahoo who owned our home previously and thought he was a contractor--adjustments to the price were minimal (total $100 extra).

I'm not qualified to comment on the job because I have no plumbing experience, but I can tell you our water pressure in the shower, sinks, and toilet has never been better and we've had no major or minor problems after a week. My husband says it's a good job and he worked residential construction for almost a decade, so take the hearsay for what it's worth.

Most importantly, Sal and all of his team members were 100% professional throughout the job. They were as unintrusive as they could possible be, they gave us adequate warning when they were going to shut the water off, and they didn't even swear on the job (not really important to me, but since there are people who would appreciate that I'm throwing it in here anyway). All of them were also very careful of our three crazy dogs, making sure they were always penned in before they opened garages, back doors, or any place my crazies could escape. It was truly appreciated since one of my dogs doesn't handle strangers well.

Sal and team were everything we could hope for. We will definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues again--big or small.

Wow! We called Sal in the middle of the night when we couldn't re-solder our copper piping for our water spigots outside and had to stay the whole day and night without water. Sal didn't even hesitate and came first thing Sunday morning on his day off and fixed everything within minutes and we were back up and running in no time. We HIGHLY recommend Sal for any of your plumbing needs, he'll take care of you any time you need assistance. Thanks Sal, you are definitely the man!!!!!

We had a minor gas leak in our gas fireplace...gas co. Turned us off last night and we've been freezing since out here in Beaumont. Called around this AM and received a quote on hand from right solutions plumbing which were trying to take us for our money. S&J did us justice..

Right Solutions plumbing out of Beaumont quoted 450 just to cut our drywall to close off the leak plus another 200-300 for the part and labor.

S&J just left found the leak and charged us way under the 500 mark. Sal was great and very friendly. I'll recommend him to any of my family and friends.

I would have given you five stars. However, you insulted my husband. You disregarded my request to install a new tank set. You didn't leave us with a service invoice. And I think you charge WAY too much. I paid you because I thought you were honest. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone. I just hope your repair is correct.

I contacted S & J for a water heater issue and spoke with Sal. He was great! He quoted me over the phone with a reasonable cost to repair my unit as well same day service. He was thorough with his work and informative. I appreciate the companies work ethics. I will use them again in the future as needed.

I had a leak issue in bathroom that needs to be addressed immediately. S and j responded first thru yelp quote and first one to come out and give estimate. Lastly they were the first one to be able to repair it on the reasonable cost! He understood the urgency and even arrived earlier! Oh one more they even guarantee their work for limited time ( I forgot the duration but I know he will give me response like there is no tomorrow. Overall, their service was very nice experience for me. They are responsive, professional, and responsible!!! I would highly recommend them!!

I needed a new toilet installed upstairs, being just myself I wasn't comfortable lugging it to the second floor and installing as I rent and didn't want to do it wrong. I called a few places and S&J was the best in terms of pricing and how quickly they responded. Sal and Jason showed up on a Tuesday evening and installed a great looking new toilet in a clean and timely manner and were still the best price, even when compared to Home Depot and Lowe's. They were nice and professional but more importantly were responsive to my needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my future plumbing needs and would easily recommend them to any family and friends.
