SJ Kowalski installed a new air conditioner condenser and coil yesterday in my home. There were four technicians working on the unit. They were very knowledgeable and explained and answered my questions about using and maintenance of the unit. I cannot say enough about how professional and neat they were. Especially noted was when they entered the main area of my home they used shoe covers without even being asked to do so. I highly recommend them.

Always on time & I've never had them cancel on me (which has happened in the past with no notice - an HVAC company in Berwick). So far they have installed a Mitsubishi Ductless, provided maintenance services, and replaced a well pump.
Their prices are pretty in line with other companies in the area. The technicians are friendly, clean, and extremely knowledgeable.

A+ Service ! Our furnace stopped working in a cold week in January. They were very responsive, on time, and courteous. We did end up needing a new one and they had it installed quickly. The service men on both visits were very professional, on time, helpful and overall nice guys! The sales person was also very friendly and professional. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I called for estimates and nice older man come to see the house. Said he would get back with an estimate. Never heard again. Called and they sent another man out...spent another hour. Showing him what was wanted. He said he would get back with estimate. Never heard. Emailed him next month and he said he would get back next week. Never heard again from either of them! Wasted my time twice for nothing! I called Dents plumbing. They came and did the estimate, work and it was done. Professional. I never dealt with Kowalski again. They wasted months of my time and treat customers like carp! Must have inherited the place! Don't bother them.

My heat pump crash and burned a couple days before Christmas. Called 2 companies for estimates and suggestions. These people came right out same day. He took pictures, many notes, and basically impressed us with his thorough approach to our needs. He emailed us that same night with a better unit and estimate than the one I was initially interested in. The price for the work was very fair. It took a little longer to install than planned because the first unit came to them damaged, but I really wanted this unit, so I opted to wait for exact model I wanted, was the trucking company's fault, not the contractors.
Then after the install, there was a minor issue that needed fixed, I called the next day and they were back at my house within an hour of my call to fix it. Now that is great customer service.
I expect I will be using them again, and would definitely recommend them. Very professional, and they have shown us the care...

Called for service, no water. Service guys and Barry were great. However, the lady that answers the phones is RUDE and NASTY. Due to her treatment of customer's, I will not use this company again.

I was purchasing parts for my heater and Binghamton Hardware recommended this company if I needed help. I couldn't fix the problem so I called them. Their response couldn't have been much quicker. Geno, the technician was terrific! He showed me what was wrong and replaced the burned out circuit board. The price was very fair and the service exceptional! Oh and it was about 6 degrees out. Thank you!
