Amazing, wonderful, best experience I ever had with any service
Called the company first time for emergency water leak and they came in less than hour . They fixed problem, replaced some parts and they did more work than I expected for incredible low price. I'm absolutely grateful for their service and their friendly and respectful stuff . I highly recommend the company to everyone for the any service that is needed. I had to call several contractors to fix issues at my restaurant and for some of my friends and clients. Unfortunately, my regular plumber was on vacation when we had a small ceiling leak, so I had to contact S.J. Conner & Sons for the first time.

We have a surveillance camera to monitor activities on our premises. Recently, an elderly person spent two and a half hours at our restaurant, while a young man spent only 45 minutes. However, we received two invoices from S.J. Conner & Sons, charging us $920 for the small leak they fixed.

I was surprised by the bill adding the $100 for equipment charge that we have to pay. Additionally, they charged us for three and a half hours of labor for two workers. To make matters worse, they also claimed that we had canceled an appointment last March and charged us an additional $120. This was my first time contacting them and they gave me the bill for last year.

I contacted the company to clarify the charges and spoke with their receptionist, Lukesha. Unfortunately, she was quite rude to me and informed me that regardless of whether customers like it or not, the company charges a certain fee. Upon hearing this, I felt overcharged and upset. I even asked if they had a record of my previous calls, but they were unable to provide any evidence. Nevertheless, they insisted that I pay the fee anyway.""Avoid calling this company as their customer service is likely to cause significant stress and discomfort.

Worst customer service. The lady who handling invoice department so rude. She doesn't know how to talk with customer. And they don't know how to fix proble. they tell u wrong stuff and leave and charge u double without solve your problem. fraud company. Don't waste your money.

Called Monday due to leaking water out of my heating system. Basement was flooding. Asked her a price and to see when we can make an appt. never got a call back. Called again at 4:45, letting her know I needed a price, and when we could make an appt- She said she would have to call me back.

She called back 15 minutes later and said ""a technician is on the way"". I said ummmm no? I need a price and an appt. I can't just leave work- She said ""ohhhhh ok. Let me see what I can do and call you back"".

Wednesday, I hadn't heard anything, so we called another company. They came out. Here is is Thursday, and still no response from them. So, needless to say, we won't be using them for anything. Office staff is not too on top of things.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My mother is on a fixed income and they did NOT fix her issue and still charged her right at $300. Her neighbor ended up fixing it and they still charged her. They need to change the video stating doing the right thing for their customers.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They were contracted through my home warranty company not myself for my rental property. I paid my portion which was the $60 service call fee. They came out, provided an estimate and we politely declined. Repairs were NEVER made to my homeboy them; another contractor provided service and repairs. 11 months later they are trying to sue me (Choice Home warranty is who the agreement was with, NOT ME) for work that was NEVER DONE. THESE CONTRACTORS NEED TO DO MORE RESEARCH and UNDERSTAND THE DETAILS BEFORE THEY SIGNUP AND AGREE TO DO WORK FOR HOME WARRANTY COMPANIES AND OTHER ALIKE.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They came out, did half the work, promised would be back, I've called them 9 times in a month and my daughter is still doing dishes with a garden hose! Had the nerve to send me a 2100 bill! Will be taking them to court!

I don't recommend doing any business with this company. They called me stating I owe them money from the invoices 3 yrs ago. My gosh, why it taking them too long to say I owe them for the part that doesn't work ended up I have to buy a new one.

The worst, it took them 2 days to install my AC, then had the nerve to blame us, for paying the guy overtime cause he didn't know what he was doing. Gave me one quote, for a heater unit then raised it by 200, more dollars, if it took you 2,days to install AC unit why would let you install anything in my home ever. they called us we told them stop calling we do not want their business, Monday morning they showed up at my house, they don't get WE NEVER WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I have a installer stay off my property. Don't ever come and ask about anything that goes on at this property. AWFULLY BUSINESS!!!!!!
