They came out and explained what was the problem with our septic tank. Emptied it and told us it was only water. We need to dig up our leech lines to fix the drainage problem. Very helpful and friendly.

I have never left a bad review for anyone, but here goes
Rick (I assume the owner) came out, promised to send a guy the following morning to pump my tank. When I got home that afternoon with nobody having been there I called him. ""Oh, were we supposed to come out today? Sorry, we've been busy."" He sent a guy over, another Rick, according to his shirt. He was very condescending.
He dug around, found a pipe couldn't find my tank. Told me I probably needed to hook up to sewer but he couldn't dig around anymore & would come back the next day. After 3 days with no show & no call, I called the first Rick this morning. I told him I was very disappointed in his company & his service & would be finding someone else. His reply ""OK""

This crook came out to do a clean out and wanted to replace my septic tank, said it was no good. Had me stressing big time as the price was $6K. Thank goodness I didn't have the money to do it.
I used another company this year, and there is NOTHING wrong with my septic tank at all. Beware this guy preys on the innocent.

Spoke with Sam and set up a 10-11 am service call. At 2pm the truck driving calls to head over. I asked about delay since I hadn't heard anything and he replied. ""I don't know I'm the driver not dispatch and I can't tell you why I'm late so you want me to come or not?""

We have been using S&G Pumping for years and just tried using them as a plumber also to help us fix our bathtub that would NOT drain from our
wonderful tenants with 3 kids. HE GOT IT TO DRAIN, Great and timely service with senior discounts! Highly recommend S & G

My friend don't recommend this company they was trying to have her buy a new septic tank. It was nothing wrong with her septic tank. All she need was to have it pump out and clean it alongside the wall.
She almost spent $7000 to get a new septic tank turn out she doesn't really need it.
