Ghassan (Gus) and team are phenomenal. I had a major challenge with a faucet in my tenant's flat; it was not a simple request. The parts were not readily available, nor were they easy to access. He did a lot of research, found the right part that worked, and got it installed quickly. He was very professional, thorough and kept everything tidy.

These guys have a great network and I have been equally impressed with the others I have worked with (each with their own area of specialty).

Ghassan did all the plumbing work on our kitchen remodel and all I can say is his work is excellent. He is also very reliable, prompt and personable. Part of the project was having a gas line behind the stove relocated so we were concerned that it was done right and by someone who knew what they were doing. Ghassan fit the bill on all counts. His estimate for the work also came in lower than other bids we had gotten. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to referrals. He recommended an excellent electrician who did our lighting and was as wonderful as he was. He told us when we were ready to do an upcoming job we had mentioned he knew contractors he could recommend. We have complete trust and confidence in Ghassan and the people he recommends and that is hard to find these days. We have been enjoying our kitchen for 5 months now and very much appreciate Ghassan's contribution and excellent craftsmanship .

Having dealt with some unresponsive tradesmen recently, I was happy to get a call back to deal with a fairly mundane (although beyond the limits of my tools) blocked sink issue. Even though they were busy themselves they called in their sister company to send someone out same day. The guy arrived more or less on time, and dealt with the problem, quickly, efficiently and courteously. Five stars for responsiveness and efficiency.

As a San Francisco real estate broker for 29 years, I have used dozens of plumbers in listings, my office, and my homes, and I can say without equivocation that Ghassan at S&G Plumbing is by far the best I've ever worked with.

First time I hired him to do some work in my office. He was there promptly and assessed the problem quickly and completely, went out and got the replacement device, returned and quickly installed it, and charged a very reasonable amount.

Yesterday, in the middle of the chaos of preparing to move, he came over to swap out my kitchen faucet. I was seriously afraid there would be problems because of the two European faucets, but again he took a look, assured me it wasn't a problem at all, made the complete swap, and also snaked my master bathtub and sink as they'd been slow draining, all in less than an hour. Again, the charges were extremely reasonable.

If I were staying in San Fransisco I would never use anyone else for all my plumbing needs. Ghassan is a skilled professional plumber who happens to be really nice and very calming in the face of stressed out customer fears.

We live in a 100-yr old san Francisco house. I guess it was time for a major plumbing upgrade....

The toilet overflowed, then the washing machine overflowed, and then we were in trouble. Ghassan and Simon arrived, and after extensive digging, scoping, snaking, it became clear that we needed to replace old, dislocated clay pipes with a new seamless polyethylene one. Miraculously, this was done with only a single internal dig point and a deep trench outside. The whole process took a week.

Ghassan was the main man on this job, and I have the highest praise for him. He was reassuring (important when your imagination has the house foundation being dug up in its entirety) and professional. He was very careful and respectful of our house and tried hard to limit dirt and odor. He was punctual - arrived every day exactly when he said he would. He was engaging - we discussed each discovery, and walked through options every step of the way. He has good humor and keeps the atmosphere light. And, very importantly, he is effective - my problem was fixed, and life returns to normal. He quoted accurately up front and stuck to that quote for the job.

This company is certainly worth Giving a try. You know when you have found a good company when certain expectations have been met. I have used S&G Plumbjng more than once and each time my expectation was to get the job done and within a reasonable price. Each time they did the job for the price they quoted me. every time the work is clean and shows they are very knowledgable of the industry. Yes my review is both as a customer of theirs and also as a Bussiness owner. We all need help sometimes no matter what field we are in, and for me personally I know these guys can definitely be count on.
