I needed a new heating system and had several companies come in and get a quote. Steve came and was the only person who told me I didn't need to replace the water heater as it was stainless steel and in great condition. He quoted a great price and got the job to replace the heating system. The work started exactly on the day promised and finished on time. The tech/installer Rob did a great job and left the work area clean every day. I was impressed by the system using much less room and how all piping was clearly labeled. Steve answered a few questions for me regarding the rebate offered by Mass Save as this will save me some $$$ and also not having to replace the water heater. I reccomend Steve for your plumbing and heating needs.

I highly recommend staying clear of this company. My basement flooded, my kitchen faucet was installed wrong and and sprung a leak, 2bd floor tub won't hold water cause the drain is broke and my outside spicket is broke! I have photos if needed

Steve Ferro, owner, recommended a bogus contractor who he worked with, for a master bath remodel. The contractor turned out to be unlicensed and uninsured, and HO had to pull the Building Permit, from which Ferro pulled a Plumbing permit. Bogus contractor ended up quitting job before finishing, after damaging product and performing very poor work, and also stiffed the subs he hired, including Ferro. HO tried to work with subs to finish the remaining electrical and plumbing work, by paying them hourly to finish. However, Ferro is unwilling to work with HO and continues to refuse to close his outstanding plumbing permit, leaving the HO future issues if they ever wanted to sell home. I would NEVER hire Steve Ferro again, for anything.
