I made the mistake of calling someone else first because our heat went out. The first estimate was between 10 and 20 thousand dollars. Then I remembered SDH, who have done amazing work for us in the past. They are incredible. Five star service, from the folks who answer the phone, to the technician who solved our problem. There is no better place to get your home issues resolved. I would give them six stars if I could.

These guys assessed the issue correctly and fixed it as promised. The Lennox Gas Heater in our basement was tagged by the Gas Company as the venting was not proper, it was many decades old and corroded. Once we agreed on a price and a date SDH tore into what was there, assessed the details of the entire situation as they discovered it, and then they fixed the ventilation as they said they would. Good work, professional everything, will call them again as required.

Heard of this company on a neighborhood feed. Spoken of very highly by several folks. Had a plumbing issue and called Monday morning. Dave showed up the next day. Replaced a 26 y/o frozen shower valve with a brand new one and was here and gone in 45 minutes. As nice and knowledgeable a fellow as you could want. Just got the bill. Very fair.

We have used SDH Plumbing twice in the past few months for a single family rental we own in Waltham. They are able to respond quickly and are able to make the needed repairs at a reasonable price. Our tenant was very pleased with the service provided by the plumber (Mark). Lisa and Jamie (office staff) are very helpful and responsive. I cannot believe I am the first to review on yelp. as SDH has numerous stellar reviews on other platforms. As a long-distance landlord it is essential to have trustworthy, reliable service providers like SDH Plumbing.
