The plumbers that performed the work order were professional, courteous, and thorough. No complaints at all with the work they did. My issue is with the individual we had correspondence with at the office. We clearly communicated that the plumbers were to enter the property at the rear of the residence. After the work order was completed I called the office to inquire as to where there was a breakdown in communication. I was told the text thread was not read in its entirety and that the plumbers had no idea they were to enter from the rear. Clients have reasons as to why they have certain requests. If you elect to support this business and have reasonable requests, I recommend getting an email from the office confirming they have communicated with the service team. Service team-great.

No idea how their work is but the sçheduling is atrocious. Was given a time frame of 10am to 2pm, only to be called at 4pm to reschedule.

On the rescheduled date I was given two different time frames, only to have the employee arrive during neither of these times.
Left work both days to a financial loss, only to receive hollow apologies in response.

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend any other plumbing company but this one. Excellent customer service, they are efficient, and reasonably priced. Just had Carlos out here to fix a leaking shower with a very obscure valve stem, he got it done very quickly. Have had Edgar and Melvin out in the past, and had the same excellent experience. Every time they have been dependable and helpful. Thank you to the team, its nice to have a dependable and trustworthy plumbing service in your back pocket.

Melvin and Rudy just competed a very difficult and overdue drain and sewer line replacement. They did a great job and returned the next day to clean and scrub the sinks and floors. Very impressive family business. I recommend with enthusiasm.

If i could give negative stars i would. They came and looked under my house for any leaks. I am selling my home and needed a plumbing report. Sd expert plumbing told me i need to replace all my corroded cast iron pipe, that the tub was leaking, and my kitchen faucet was spraying out. I had a family friend come look under the house to take pictures and see hoe bad it was (he has over 10 years experience). He found that there was not even any cast iron piping under the house at all, there was all fairly new abs, and there was absolutely no leaks, not even a drip. The kitchen faucet, he just hand tightened and it stopped that drip. It was never spraying. After confronting sd expert plumbing with pictures and videos of the piping. They admitted that there were no actuve leaks. They estimated their fake repairs at $6000.00. They lied to me and tried to scam my family out of money. Very untrustworthy. Ive never felt so taken advantage of. Luckily i had someone i can trust look at my plumbing. Saved me and my family 6000 dollars.

On many occasion when I was in desperate need they made special trips on the evenings and weekends. I use them both for my commercial and personal real estate needs. Customer for life!

I miss this company so much! I love the team at Expert Plumbing! This was a preferred vendor through my previous management company and I would refer them to anyone that needs any plumbing needs. Edgar is professional, fair and honest in every aspect of his work. Melvin was also very professional and knowledgable in his craft. In any case, whoever came to do the work always handled what needed to get done in a timely manner and always clearly explained what they did while they were there. I have had to work with a few vendors in the past, yet Edgar and his team would be the only ones I would still want to work with. They are amazing! You won't be disappointed
