Save yourself some time. These people are either out of business or just don't answer their calls. Home warranty issue. Water heater replacement. No call back for 2 days . No bueno.

Very impressed with S Carlson Plumbing. They came to check out our water heater which ended up needing to be replaced. My favorite part is it all happened quickly. Also, he was very transparent on pricing which I really appreciated and felt was reasonable. Will use again for future projects.

Very impressed with this business!!! They answered the phone (unlike many where you need to leave a message and wait) and had somebody headed out to our home within 45 minutes. Kelly arrived (wearing a mask) quickly assessed our situation with a stopped up kitchen sink, snaked the line, tested it twice, and was done, and headed out within 45 minutes. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable of his work. I would definitely call them again for any and all of my plumbing needs!!!

They answered the phone right away in an emergency situation and came out SAME day to assess problem and get it handled so we had water to the house- then came back and fully fixed and replaced all piping needed!

I needed a water heater replaced and needed to go through my home warranty company. I was concerned because I was not familiar with S. Carlson's Plumbing. But.....they responded quickly with a phone call. Arrived when they said they would. They followed protocol for covid. Communicated to me the problem, and had my water heater replaced in a timely manner, even quicker than a timely manner. Matt Ackerman and his helper did an amazing job. I am remodeling and will call them back for my plumbing needs.

HORRIBLE service. They came out through a warranty call with American Home Sheild. They did not ever complete the job. They came to our home 3 different times. Never completed ANYTHING. The owner Stephen...at least he said he was the owner...was confused. Not one single person that was sent out could help resolve our problem. They left us with raw sewage flowing in our back yard and claimed they did not know how to fix it and even if they did, I had to call American Home Sheild. S. Carlson would not provide us with a work order ...all we wanted was to see and verify the work that was done. They did NO WORK and refused to leave a work orders. I called their office to see about stoping by to pick up a copy...I was told to never call again and that if I threatened them for a work order that they'd never do business with me again. I was able to resolve my issue with North County Plumbing. They stepped in and they took care of EVERYTHING. If you use S. Carlson while they are still in business ..(I would expect not much longer) GET AN INVOICE!!! Do not let them claim work they have not done. I'm sure they are now providing invoices because there are a ton of people complaining to the BBB...in the meantime...GET YOUR INVOICES!!! Do not be a victim of their shady practices! Thank God North County Plumbing was there to save us from the money pit S. Carlson tried to drag us down. Never do business with S. Carlson plumbing.

I am so thankful for Dino at S. Carlson Plumbing. We used our home warranty service to repair our toilets as well as some leaking faucets, and Dino was at our house the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and he even worked with the home warranty company to get the right replacement toilets and faucets. Dino and S. Carlson Plumbing get a major thumbs-up for excellent customer service and repair work.
