I've had my faulty shower looked at by several plumbers with no luck. I finally heard & read great reviews for S&B Plumbing and gave them a call.
Brent immediately noticed the handle was installed upside down! And on further inspection, he realized all the interior parts were wrong. We called Moen on the spot and he was able to explain exactly what was wrong and what was needed. Moen has a lifetime warranty and sent all the requested parts. When they arrived, he came back and fixed everything that had been badly installed. NO more scalding showers with very little pressure! Very fair pricing and excellent, knowledgeable service. Highly recommend S&B Plumbing and Brent, in particular!
