Wow, I did not know such competent, efficient, and reasonably priced plumbing existed. After getting subpar service that took hours and hours with another company, I changed it up and called S & B based on the reviews they have received. I could see water coming out of my foundation and bricks soaked outside but could not tell what was going on in my home. The gentlemen that came out acted like investigators and communicated extremely well together and to me. They checked the attic and followed the clues and found the problem in a short amount of time and got it corrected in a short amount of time: One middle aged man and one younger man were the employees. I think Richard was his name. They were a great team and the more experienced plumber provided a positive and encouraging tone to the apprentice. He was able to find a pinhole leak that had been working on soaking my home for quite a while. He pointed out some of the signs of damage to me and educated me on the issue. He called a water restoration expert to come and give me a free estimate to repair the damage and help with cosmetics. He educated me on other things about my older pipe work and water pressure and explained the very reasonable bill to me. It is the best experience I have had with a plumber and when the next need occurs, I will be giving this company my money and trust. These guys will not take advantage of the consumer. Great business.

These guys are amazingly awesome. Starting from their office reception and their technicians knowledge and character is amazing. They are down to earth and perform their duties with excellence. They don't take shortcuts. They check on their work thoroughly prior to sign it done. This is my second time using them and it will be not be fare and just if I do not write about my experience and how great these people are. The amazing levels of details that they follow through to get the job done is something that is rarely observed. I thank S&B crew and management for the exceptional dependable service they are providing the community. I will have no worries when needing help on my plumbing going forward. They have earned my respect and trust big time.

$365 for 20 minutes of work for water heater repair. Didn't fix the problem. They said they were using manufacturers guidelines instead of their brains (troubleshooting). They had to come out 2 more times and then finally said they needed to replace other stuff for even more money. Ask for a refund and they thought I was crazy. For the most expensive plumbers in Houston you'd think they'd be experts but they are just part changers. Do not use.

I had a hot water heater problem. S&B offered best case (thermocouple replaced) pricing as well as worst case (replace Honeywell controls) pricing. Now I know what I in for and I appreciate that.
Repairs were scheduled the same day.
S&B got me back in hot water without parts but advised due to the age of equipment I'd be better off replacing and offered pricing. Not the cheapest option but seemed honest advice.
Crew was very professional.

Hands down best experience I've had with a plumbing company. Had an emergency this morning called and the lady that answered was very nice and had Bo come out with his guys to fix the problem within minutes

Called several other local companies and they took too long with no urgency. If you live near Sugar Land I highly recommend them.

Very polite crew. Cleaned up the area and even tried replanting my azaleas.

Amazing service. Friendly and very fast! I called them at 9:45 am to tell them I had a broken pipe in my garden from the main valve. They came in and by 12:30 life was back to normal! Thank you!

After my ridiculous experience with Abacus, the folks at S&B were a breath of fresh air! I had two appointments with them this week, one 3-5 PM and the second 8:30-10:30 AM. On both occasions, they arrived at the beginning of the appointment window - great start! Their techs were knowledgeable and friendly. They completed a quality repair for a very reasonable price.

Being new to the area, I can check this box; I now have my plumber. Nice work, S&B!

These guys are great! We used them through Angie's List to replace our hot water heater that was up in the attic. They were courteous, answered all of my questions, and they were reasonably priced. The job was done in less than an hour, and we couldn't be happier!
