These guys were great! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I'm a first time customer and with services like plumbing, you really need multiple times for them to come out to really see if they are 5 star service.

Bo and his crew came out in 30 minutes! Wow, I just called to get an estimate/appointment and he called back before even the call center called me back after contacting him about the job. Did a sewer clean out/drain cleaning/snaking. Had to do it through the roof since they couldn't find the catch/sewer drain (which no one can find at my house.. probably under my deck or something.. built by previous owners..).

Asked about running a camera to see maybe if there was something else indicative of this recurring problem I've been having. He didn't want to charge us for not being able to run a camera that wouldn't fit through pipes, so he gave us a good run down of our options.

Price came out pretty reasonable for fixing everything within 30 minutes and doing a couple of other things. Along with the online coupons they have on their website, everything was processed electronically through iPhone and iPad for payments and receipts. I got my copy of the receipt in 2 minutes.

Shooting the breeze with the guys afterwards, and they informed me I should also probably have my roof looked. Thoughtful service, friendly, and highly informative. I will definitely be calling them back if anything arises.

We had a clogged drainage below kitchen sink. They were able to accommodate last minute request. The crew was very professional and polite. They had good experience and were able to finish the job in no time.
After the job finished helped us to identify reason for our high water bills. They inspected all the taps and found a leak. Very helpful people.

They have done work at my home and business within the last week. The guys were prompt and hard working. They were able to replace parts on our water heater and they worked until a clogged plumbing system was cleared. What was best, one well known company we had obtained a quote from said that we would have to replace the water heater, it would have to be added into our ceiling area with removal of the old heater, etc., etc., etc. The charge was going to be over $6500. S&B Plumbing replaced parts on the water heater in 20 minutes - job cost $300. Honest, capable, and cost-effective! I will continue to call on them for any of my plumbing needs.

I am so pleased with this company! Our water heater went out and we called a couple of places in Katy before my step-dad told me about S&B. We had an appointment setup with someone else but I want to see if we could get a better price. I called them and it was $400 less than the other quote! When I called they originally couldn't come out for another two days. I asked if I could be on a list that if anyone cancelled they could move us up. The ladies that answer the phones, I believe their names are Michelle and Stephenie, were so nice and sympathetic. They did call me later that day and told me they had a cancellation for the next morning. I was so happy and thankful. Well unfortunately the plumber that was suppose to install called out sick. But once again the ladies worked hard and found me a plumber that would come the same day but just a little later. I am so thankful that Brent and Larry were able to come out and install our water heater. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks again to the whole team at S&B!

Great service! I called them because I had a slow leaking faucet in my kitchen (that I couldn't fix myself). The office staff was friendly and accommodating. The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were courteous and efficient. They even fixed something that I didn't even know was broken. That's service! Definitely going to add these guys to my address book.

I called them on Tuesday and got an appointment for Wednesday afternoon with a window from 3-5. They called first to let me know they would be at my house in about 30 minutes, which was exactly 3pm when they arrived. They were professional and fixed my problem in record time (it wasn't complicated, but it was still nice to have them on task and in and out quickly). I would highly recommend this comany and will use them in the future.

They came to our house for a plumbing issue yesterday. They were incredibly honest and went above and beyond what we asked. We thought we had a major issue as our bathroom had sewer water on the floor. It ended up not being serious. In addition we told them our water bill has been high and the meter was running. They checked out all of our toilets and did a brief inspection of the yard and figured out that our toilets were flushing and filling to high. They adjusted all of the toilets and didn't charge us extra! It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Total bill was $118 after we used the coupon on their website.

These guys are excellent. I've had them over twice, and both times the plumber (Richard, on the last visit) was knowledgeable and professional. I have not compared prices, but the price was definitely reasonable, I just don't know how it compares to others. I recommend them highly.

I have been in my home for 29 years and have never found a plumber I could trust until Mike from Sugar Land Plumbing came to my home. I needed a great deal of updating in my two bathrooms and had previously received an estimate from another company (Arrow Plumbing) which I found outrageous. I then contacted Sugar Land Plumbing who did the work at just a fraction of the previous estimate.

I told Mike I also needed a new garbage disposal. Mike took just a few minutes to get the the disposal working by only removing a few pieces of Styrofoam caught in the disposal and never charged me anything! He could have easily ripped me off for a new disposal as I had requested. I was incredibly impressed with his honesty and am so happy I finally found a plumbing company I can trust.

S&B plumbing are a great group of guys. Honest and dependable. Had a leak in my front yard near the sidewalk. Another major company came out and stated it would cost any where from $750-$3000. Bo and his crew came out ready for the worst but found that the leak could be fixed quite easily and had my water running in no time. Best of all the final damage........$325, that's BIG difference. I can't thank these guys enough! I was looking for a new plumber and now I've found them.
