They fully explained what could be done to rectify the problem and provided us with firm costs to resolve our issue. Very nice office staff and techs. However, exorbitant pricing scheme. I had them out for a small leak. I didn't have the time to diagnose myself but trusted the many reviews. The issue was a P trap slowly leaking via a plastic nut. The charge? $845 to replace the P trap. I'm sorry but that is the most insane price. He offered $545 to try and reassemble and tighten the existing drain assembly. I said no thanks. $15 in parts at Lowe's and 10 minutes under the sink I'd had it solved. Never should have and never will call S and J plumbing again unless you want to light your money on fire.

Our sump wouldn't shut off and called S&J and spoke with Jay we were about to get on a flight Jay was amazing in trying to get somebody out to our house asap. We had Brandon out at our house just a few hours after I called. Jay is my hero!!! They were amazing and installed a new sump pump and good as new. Brandon was great so polite and respectful! Will definitely call them again!!!

Honest & capable. I thought I was having a plumbing emergency with water spewing from under my bathroom sink. Their plumber showed up, saw it was just a minor connection issue, fixed it and charged the minimum for an inspection because ""Ethically, I can't charge you money for anything that simple."" Much appreciated!

After Mark and Juan from S+J worked their magic today, my wife and kids are now partying in the kitchen well past bedtime, raucously celebrating finally having good water pressure in our house!

We had been experiencing very low flow and pressure throughout our whole house for almost a year, getting worse and worse.
We had gone through multiple other plumbers who offered vague ideas and/or large (and now clearly unnecessary) proposed work plans to tackle our issues.

After Mark and Juan made an initial visit the previous week to begin diagnosing the issue, they came back out on a Friday afternoon, and solved our year-long pressure issues. They were courteous, explained everything, gave advice going for the future, and cleaned up completely. They stayed until 9pm, replumbed our problem areas, and the work area is quite literally cleaner than it was before! Take a look at the photo of how much build up was in our pipes just beyond the well tank!

Can't say enough good things about the whole experience from top to bottom. Speak for five minutes with Mark about your plumbing issues and it's obvious he cares a lot about helping people with their plumbing issues. Even the front office is amazing, super responsive and communicative. Highly, highly recommended!!!

The water in my shower wasn't getting as hot as I liked. Mark had checked it out, diagnosed the problem, gone to get the part needed, and fixed it all in about an hour. He was great. I had never used S and J before, but will from now on.
