He was kind, honest, gave no pressure, and installed a new water heater on the same day. We decided on a new water heater instead of fixing our current one because it was already reaching the end of its life and wasn't worth replacing a few parts. Everything looks good and the family is happy to have hot water back. Thanks again!

Ann H.Don't hesitate, call them. We've had occasional occasional leaks under our sink ever since we remodeled. Always took friend recommendations for this plumber or that one yet we would have a problem a year later. Joe reworked the whole mess and now it looks solid and takes up less space too. No jury rigging. I'm so happy I put my foot down and made the call! I told the answering service we could wait til Monday and Joe called at 8:30am and was here by 12:45 .
