My water heater failed and left quite a mess.

Sam sent out Jaren and Jeff and they arrived on time with the new unit and went directly to work.

They also found a leak inside the wall behind the heater and repaired it.

This outfit communicates very well, works hard and I found them to be very professional.

You have endless choices when looking for a plumber. I needed a new water heater , knew the brand I wanted, and looked over the manufactures website. I did not want a 'big' company. That led me to S&A. A couple of issues getting to the finish line, but the owner has been terrific in getting a couple things resolved, Everything is great, and we also got the PRV (?) valve replaced, as well as the hot water recirculator.

Sam, Jessica, and the crew are wonderful!

I've now used S&A 5 times. Every time Jessica is friendly and efficient in getting one of the crew out to fix our plumbing issues. Sam is communicative and caring, really trying to find the best and most cost effective solution. Definitely the best plumbers in the valley!

We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing! They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work. I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges!
