Do not recommend! I hired him about 4 months ago to do a plumbing job via thumbtack. After I sent him pictures and explained the issue, he gave me a reasonable quote (~$200, forgot the exact price). However, when he arrived, he wanted more (~$675) and he only wanted cash (if paid credit card, it is more? He suggested jetting line that supposed to last longer, so I went with that. He said I wouldn't have to worry about it for 1-2 years but he guaranteed his service for at least 6 months. It hasn't even been 4 months and we are having the same issue. When I tried to contact him, he said he would never guarantee more than 3 months.

I would stay away from here but if you want to check them out then Just be careful. Make sure you have everything in writing. Check out other services with better quality and someone who is more honest.

Upon requesting an online quote through ""Thumbtack"", a person from Ray's Services replied with the requested quote. After reviewing the quote, I decided to decline the offer for a variety of reasons. A few hours after I declined, here is the message I received from Ray's Services via Thumbtack website: ""Yea hire a handy man who buy u a cheap pump quit wasting my time."" What a disrespectful and unprofessional way to speak to another human being. This reply from Ray's Services is further indication that my instincts not to hire them were right.
