Jung helped us out again!!! We bought a new gas stove and noticed that we weren't able to push it back against the wall. There was a good 2 inch gap from wall to stove and the installers said the gas line was the problem. We reached at to Jung and again his response time was phenomenal. He was out within days to move the gas line and now the stove fits perfectly! He also had noticed that the previous owners had tapped off the gas line?!? for an outdoor bbq that since has been removed and he took care of that too! This is our third time calling Jung and he is by far the most knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced professional we have encountered to help with our plumbing issues.

I reached out using a form to explain my potential problem as well as that I had already purchased the likely replacement part. It required me to shut off my water until addressed so I was in a bit of a hurry. I was quoted a flat rate and given a window of time for the appointment. It was later than I liked so I asked if I could reply within the hour if I couldn't find anyone else and Ryu Plumbing replied that it was no problem.
After one hour of unsuccessfully trying to find equally available and reasonably priced I asked if the appointment was still okay. They said it was.
Much to my surprise, within the next hour Ryu Plumbing reached out to ask if I was available for a much earlier appointment as they anticipated they could fit in the problem and not delay any other customers.
They arrived promptly, wore a mask for the sake of responsible safety during these strange times, and were kind and informative throughout.
The problem was addressed, fee paid (and offered through a variety of formats), and even had some questions answered that related to my plumbing and water systems in general.
I would gladly use Ryu Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone I know or anyone in need.

Over the weekend. I needed a Pressure Regulator Valve replaced. I called around to get a few quotes. Jung replied immediately. He listened rather than spoke over me. He asked for a few photos. He gave me a fair quote. His communication was appreciated. He showed up on time and respected the current Covid-19 protocol. Jung ran into a slight issue with the fix, rather than add on charges he said it comes with the job and honored his quote. Don't search for a plumber any longer. Give Jung an opportunity and I do not think you will regret your decision.

Extremely appreciate of Ryu, I had a leak in the pipes under my bathroom sink. I did a quick search on Google maps to find plumbing and he was the first person that I saw, I called him he answered right away told him the issue and he was here within hours. He came to the house looked at it and knew right away what was wrong, except for I didn't have the correct parts so he went out of his way to go and get them. He did efficient job. And I'm greatly appreciated that he wasn't expensive.
