We bought a new condo at the beach and unfortunately on the last weekend of the season the hot water heater started to leak!!! UGH! Equally frustrating is that we do not any relationships with contractors in the area. So on Saturday afternoon I am using YELP to find a plumber. Honestly I didn't find anyone! Then I remembered seeing vans with RYT Plumbing so I googled them and called. The dispatcher was polite and a service technician arrived in about an hour.

He explained that they could not install a new water heater until Monday. He also suggested that I may want to purchase my own water heater and just pay them for installation. He measured it and told me what I needed to buy. So on Sunday I purchased the water heater and on Monday around 11 the technician arrived and did the install in a few hours.

Staff was polite and friendly. They wore a mask (COVID) and they cleaned up after they were done with the install. I am writing this so that when you need a plumber in Ocean City you will make the right call!
