Back story: I purchased a water leak detection device called """"Flo by Moen"""". I hired a different plumber to install it, and unfortunately, the unit turned out to be defective. I received a replacement one at no charge; however, I did not hire the same plumber, as I did not have a positive experience. I called Ryan's Plumbing who dispatched Roland. OMG - what an amazing experience. He not only installed my new """"Flo by Moen"""" but assisted with other plumbing issues which the previous plumber believed were major ordeals. I have found my plumber for all my future plumbing needs!

Huge thank you to Jennifer at Ryans Plumbing for making life so easy. We got a call from Sarasota County Utilities that we needed to submit certification for backflow prevention testing ASAP, so I put in a request via the web form on Ryans Plumbing's website and got a call back in no more than 2 hours from Jennifer. She was able to send someone out the next day and took care of submitting everything to the county. The price was super reasonable as well, and billing occurs via online credit card payment -- easy! Already recommending this company to other family members that live in the area. Thanks again for making this process so seamless!

Showed up quickly, finished quickly, loved on my dog who can't get enough attention. It may not seem fair, but the only reason they did not get that 5th star is the extra supplies were not itemized, just added on the bill as a lump sum. Other companies have itemized every nut and screw. I will def hire them again and specify they itemize. Nice guys!
