I was referred to Ryan by a friend from work when my house started making loud groaning noises every time I ran water or flushed the toilet. He came out quickly even though he could tell by my phone description of the problem that it probably wasn't serious. He fixed the problem in 45 minutes of making adjustments in my gross damp crawl space. He also noticed a potential leak from the water main. Since it was dark outside, he scheduled another appointment (the following Sunday to accommodate my work schedule since he doesn't normally work weekends) to come dig a small hole in the front yard and check it out. It turned out that it wasn't a serious issue, but is good to know so I can keep an eye on my water bill. Overall, the whole job took 1.25 hours and seemed very affordable for a plumber. I will definitely call him next time I have an issue!
