Shonda G.Ryan is very knowledgeable and can assess any issue within a short period of time. Called on a Saturday afternoon he arrived a few hours later. If you work with Ryan on time he will work with you! Sunday he arrived with all tools and equipment. He did need to make an extra run to Ace Hardware which was done within 30 minutes.

Lena X.The day of my appointment he was a no call no show. He didn't even apologize for not calling or showing up to put the water line in for my new refrigerator. Well my refrigerator is here and now I have to go through this all over again with trying to find someone to come by. I don't understand how some people take customers for granted. He might have not needed my business, but I definitely needed his service. I guess everything happens for a reason.
