Ryan did an excellent job installing a water filtration system in our new house. In addition to that he fixed our bathroom fixtures which were corroded with mineral deposits. He needed parts to finish the job and drove to town and all the way back to Lake Berryessa the same day!

First of all i rarely write negative reviews but feel it worth it to do so to help others looking for a plumber. I was looking for someone local to install a washer/dryer in my garage and came across RPP which had several 5 star reviews so i thought I'd give them a try. Unfortunately it was a negative experience all around. When I met with Ryan and Rob I showed them the stubbed plumbing in the garage and asked if they could hook up a new washer dryer I was expecting the following week. They were to provide the hookup and install the 2 machines which they did (I was out of town, daughter was here). Upon first use of the washer it shook violently to the point the dryer(mounted on top) came half way off the washer below and sounded like a semi truck coming through. Luckily someone was here, heard the commotion and stopped the washer before the dryer fell off.

I called RPP to tell them what happened and was told they were only responsible for the plumbing and NOT the hookup of the machines. They said they did that as a courtesy and I should go back to home depot and have them deal with it. I was STUNNED...as at no time during our first meet did they say the fee quoted was ONLY for the plumbing. Had they done that I'd have asked for the fee to do that (as well) or looked for another plumber/estimate.

When they came, the directions for install were left with the units which they installed (as courtesy or not) however CLEARLY they were not even looked at. There are 4 large moving bolts on the back of the washer which the manual clearly stated MUST REMOVE MOVING BOLTS OR IT WILL VIBRATE EXCESSIVELY AND DAMAGE THE DRUM. These were large protruding bolts with casings on the back. We pulled the units aways from the wall and immediately saw and removed them. Luckily, it did fix the problem and hopefully the washer drum did not get any serious damage. The fact that they are plumbers and they should have at least looked (sitting right there) at the manual if they were unfamiliar with Bosch machines.

Bottom line (1) they should have been transparent with their fees and what was included (2) known how to install w/d in the first place as that is who typically installs (3) looked at the manuel to install. (4) I was not allowed to have Ryan or Rob call me back to discuss according to receptionist as she said she handled any issues (5) Lastly, I would not recommend this company. If you do, make sure you get everything in writing. Good Luck.

Ryan is incredible!

Not only was he able to work around a challenging schedule, he was one of a handful willing to head to 'rural' Napa. He handled an outdoor firepit install that other plumbers balked at and made quick work of correcting the failing work of a previous plumber.

Additionally, he stayed on top of communication via email and fixed several issues right away. After nearly half a dozen calls and two past plumbers at my house, I'll definitely use Ryan going forward!
