Dale from Ryan Osborn Plumbing was here bright and early this morning. He did a fantastic job. Not only did he clear the drain line, but, fixed a few other things as well. I should have done the drain a long time ago. This house was built in 1950 and I would imagine that there was that many years in build up. It could've been much worse. Thank you Dale and Ryan Osborn Plumbing.

Absolute worst customer service!! I called and received a recording that transferred me to someone's voicemail. The message told me to call someone else and I got their voicemail. After they finally called me back a day and a half later, they sounded irritated when I explained my issue and said they'd have to fit me in between their other 40 appointments. Then, he tells me that he'll call when he's heading over. I asked when he would be coming and he said he didn't actually make set appointments and that we'd have to just be home whenever he calls. Absolutely ridiculous way to run a business!!

They came out as soon and I called . This is a vacation property , they fixed my issue and billed me . Thank you for the good service .

They've worked at our house in Gearhart on several occasions in the past but when I call and talk to the boss early afternoon on Friday, get asked for and send a text about the jobs we need within an hour, and haven't heard a word at 6 PM on Monday... I'd say their priorities have changed.

Top notch business that completely took care of us when we were having a frustrating issue with a pipe that kept breaking during a remodel. They came out immediately every time to get us temporarily fixed even though it always seemed to be on the weekends when it broke, and when we were finally ready for the final fix they were quick to respond to our timing and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this business!

We are remodeling our bathroom in Seaside. I called and spoke to Ryan. He asked that I send him pictures of the bathroom now (I had completed gutted the bathroom and left the walls open so it would be easier to add another sink) and listed what I needed. 5 days later I called to see had he received the pictures? He had not looked at them. He then said ""I will take a look at them and call you right back"". 3 days later no word. I called again, left messages, text him, and called another number he has listed on his voice mail for Ben and I haven't heard back from either of them. Apparently they don't want our business, which is a shame because we are eventually remodeling another bathroom and mudroom.
