I called Ryan Plumbing to replace the garbage disposal. They quoted me a price that included a $50 service fee as well as an hourly rate. They successfully installed the disposal. However when the serviceman stated the fee, he included a $40 Mileage / Travel charge. This was a charge on how long it took the serviceman to drive either from or to his last job. This was never communicated to me. This is a ridiculous additional charge, how do I know if they stopped somewhere, took a long route, etc.. I will never use them again. Hidden charges should be illegal. I called them three times after and each time I was referred to a manager that would call back. To this date this has not happened. And to add, we never received a receipt.

In the midst of putting my 2 year old in the shower after I discovered her in her crib ""painting"" with her diaper deposit, the handle broke off after the water was turned on. You can't make this stuff up. I had to hire someone and fast! I called a few places and they all gave me a time frame of ""sometime this evening"" (this was around lunchtime.

Ryan Plumbing gave me an estimate of under an hour and they stuck to it. Their employee came and discovered he didn't have the right part so had to leave and come back. All in all the service was done well. I had them come and give an estimate for rerouting my washing machine into the septic and they were the first that looked at it to discover that we will need more power to install an additional pump. I plan on hiring them once we have that problem solved.

These guys are great! I had a new high efficiency furnace installed 14 months ago and my bills are way down. It's already paying for itself! The service has been fantastic. Everything from a friendly, knowledgable installation (that was scheduled and on time) to the final call from the GM asking how everything went and was going. I'd give them my highest recommendation!

Do not use this company. They install inferior products and do not back their service. If you call them you are making A BIG MISTAKE

My Son in law bought a house with a 3 year old boiler and asked me about what needed to be done to get it started up for the winter heating season. I have always cleaned my own furnace but was not quite sure about a boiler. I told him to have someone come and clean it and to watch them so he would know how to do it next year. He called Ryan they cleaned it and found one of the three burners not turning on they said he needed a new manifold and gas valve. I told him to hold off till I could look at it. Mind you Ryan was hired to clean the boiler. I removed the burner not firing up and found a spider web in it I removed the spider web and put the burner back and wow the burner fired right up. They wanted to sell my Son in-law a Manifold and gas valve. I would think cleaning the burner would be part of the boiler cleaning job. How many people has Ryan Ripped Off or was the person just too stupid to determine what was wrong if so why are they sending incompetent people to work on boilers.
