With an actively dripping water supply line, I needed a plumber...today ! I called my regular guy, he couldn't come out for possibly 2 days, I called around, no one available. Then I found Ryan... he was in his warehouse to get parts for an ongoing job. Once I told him the issue, he said he would be over, on his way to his working job site. He was there in 10 minutes ! He disrupted his schedule to help ! He brought the right tools and material, and was on his way in less than 1/2 hour. Pleasant, helpful, prompt, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ryan Michael Waterworks and will use him again, as needed .

I had a water leak on my first floor coming from our master bathroom. Had 2 different plumbers come in and diagnosed it two different ways. Ryan came in on Sunday, took 5 mins and looked at everything, Diagnosed the problem and shared it with me. He then fixed the issue with the toilet, remounted the toilet correctly, despite how it was previously mounted and then make sure everything was operating correctly. A great plumber and very professional, the best part is how responsive he is over text, makes it easier to get things done when the person is responding in a timely manner. Would recommend using.

I received a call from the building office of my grandmothers condo. They discovered (by investigating a leak) that she needed the wax seal on he toilet replaced. I called the company that I used previously they were booked until next week. This is when the panic set in. Oh and did I mention she is in Florida and I am in New York? I called our electrician for a recommendation and I am still waiting for the person he referred to return my call. I decided to try yelp but even then you worry about who you are letting into your space and not everyone is legit. I put in the details of the project and received four results. Ryan Michael Waterworks was the second to respond and the thing I liked about him was that he quoted a REASONABLE FLAT rate. One company wanted to charge me twice what he did and two others needed to do a consultation first. I was not about to put my grandmother through multiple people coming into her home. Added bonus, the reviews on his service were great. I reached out, he promptly responded, was friendly and kept me updated until the job was complete. He gets huge brownie points for squeezing us in the same day even though he had to travel quite a distance. I will definitely be using him in the future.

what an awesome Company! Ryan the owner was an incredible asset to our situation. we posted a need on Sunday. That very same day we were contacted by Ryan who by the way showed up to My daughter's house about 2 hours later. He proved himself knowledgeable,experienced and most of all heard our plea for a quick or expedited repair. The job was bigger than the other 2 plumbers had said, but Ryan promised us that he would start the next day. He not only started but finished before the other company arrive to finish the bathroom. Eternally great full to this Company.

Contacted Ryan to come out and check out why my faucet had rust colored water coming from it. He responded almost immediately and was able to come out the next day to help. He was able to diagnose what I needed and came back when I was ready for him to do the work for me. He explained the situation to me and was able to fix my problem and replace my garbage disposal all at the same time! I will be calling him for future issues and will recommend him to friends.
