After installing a heating system, some of the zones were not turned on by the mechanic. When we called to say that areas of our building did not have heat, the owner blamed us for ""messing with the thermostat"". After calling multiple times and being insulted by the owner, they finally realized their mistake. No apologies were offered for the blaming and insulting they did when this was trying to be resolved.
Would never use them again.

I've always had great work from here. I ended up in quite the pickle a year or so ago. I knocked some deodorizer in the toilet as I was flushing and unfortunately it was the perfect size to get stuck in my pipes. I was also 6 months pregnant at the time and bathroom runs where more frequent. All of this comes to the fact it happened at 8:30pm Friday night. I wanted to cry. I called to leave a message and bob the owner actually picked up. He told me he would send someone over in the morning and not to worry. Sure enough, Tony came early that morning to the rescue and fixed it in only 45 mins. If you're ever in dire need of a plumber, give them a call.

Avoid this mechanical contractor... owner does not stand behind their products/work and goes out of their way to insult the customer. Owner extremely rude and argumentative, called me an a$$hole and told me to f--k off. I had a hot water heater they installed that failed at the 4-year mark and was still under warranty. Because of their poor internal record keeping, he could not find a record of them installing it and put the burden on me to prove it so he could go back to the manufacturer to have the product covered. After much back and forth, he got angry with me and started throwing out insults and f-bombs. As a result, I ended up having to purchase a replacement from Menards and installed it myself to get our household back in hot water that day. Worst experience of my life dealing with a service company. I would not use this company again and am tempted to file a claim with the BBB.

I have everything good to say about the work these people have done. I had a new furnace, water heater, and water softener installed. I have hot water heat and my new furnace saves me 1 propane fill each year. The employees are friendly and courteous and they come right away to do the maintenance. This company also provides service for where I work and at my parents' home. I have known them for many years. I highly recommend.
