Stephen D.They dont hire veterans because they aren't ""bright"". Wouldn't recommend to anyone. This came from an employee that it is a company policy.
Todd S.Our toilet overflowed on Monday night and sewage was coming up thru the shower drain. I called at 3:30am and left a message and received a call back at 7:15am. Ben and his associate arrived at 9:45am. Turned out we had roots clogging the sewage pipe from the house to the street. They ran an auger thru it and fixed the problem within an hour. Very reasonable price and Ben was very courteous and personable!! Outstanding young man!
I have spent over $2400 within the past year for furnace repairs with these knuckle heads. The last time they spent 1.5 hours on the job and had the guts to charge me for 4 hours. They must have new owners , used to be THE company to call. Not anymore Stay away unless you like being ripped off.
Forbidden F.I arranged to have a walkthrough for a furnace installation, which was completed in a very timely manner. The gentleman who arrived on site to review potential approaches to how this can be completed, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He stated that we would be provided with an estimate within a few days to a week. Not having heard anything after TWO and a half weeks, ""I"" finally followed up with the company and spoke to a receptionist who had me verify the correct spelling of my name, which was inaccurate. I ended up utilizing the phonetic alphabet so that there would be no confusion and she even confirmed its accuracy before I posed my query. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was out of the office, but that he/she would be finishing up with the estimate soon. I was then asked to provide an my e-mail address, so that it could be sent electronically, to which I agreed. I checked my e-mail throughout the day, to no avail. In the interim, I contacted another local contractor who was able to come out the same day and was more than impressed that they were able to provide me with an on the spot quote. Suffice it to say, I locked into a contract with them before the team left and the job was completed in two days. I continued to check my e-mail regularly...specifically the junk folder in the event it was misdirected there. NOTHING. A month has since passed and I literally JUST received in the mail, a quote from Ryan & Bradshaw AND!!!! My name was grossly misspelled! I understand we all get busy running a business. Life happens. However, I deem it highly unprofessional to neglect performing some sort of follow up if anything else, to simply let a client know that you haven't forgotten about them.
