Extremely impressed with Rx Plumbing professionalism and customer service. I have a place in Skidmore, which was too far for some plumbers to drive. I was under a deadline to get the work done for a house closing and they came the very next day. They consistently showed up on time unlike previous plumbers. They had state of the art equipment to find my septic leak. Rx was my 3rd plumber and I wish I had called them first. On top of great service, I found their prices very reasonable- what a blessing!

Xavier is the BEST plumber I've ever worked with. He's honest, fair, and does great work! I had him re-pipe my entire home. His estimate was better than most, but more importantly, he took the time to explain his plan to me and made sure I understood what he was doing. He's an excellent communicator and offers GREAT customer service. Unfortunately, I rarely experience this when it comes to other home repair businesses around town. Xavier goes above and beyond what's expected of him.
