I have used RWD Services for 2 slab leaks in my home. I could not be happier with their work. Both times they arrived on time and got right to work.

On the first slab leak they took special care in figuring out how my water lines run underneath my house. Next they explored every possible way to re-route the leaking line. They gave me some options and let me decide the way to go. They re-routed the line and restored my water in one day. As expected they had to cut into some walls to reroute the line, but they made the minimum amount of holes.

On the second slab leak, which occurred 9 months later on a different line, the results were the same. They even remembered how my lines are run under my house, which really helped in deciding how to fix it.

These are big jobs that require tremendous skill and plumbing knowledge, especially on a 2-story home. RWD Services is up to the task. They communicate with you through the entire job. They will respect your home and property. They clean up after the job and put furniture and/or appliances back in place before they leave. They will treat your home as if it were their home.

I've worked with Mark and had a great experience. So yesterday when I noticed a hissing sound in my wall I called him immediately. He had Austin and Eli come out that same day. They diagnosed the issue and worked on a resolution. They were able to make the repair yesterday before the end of the day. They were both so knowledgeable and polite! We had multiple plumbers out to our house to fix a toilet and they all recommended a very expensive double cleanout installed in the front of our house where the assumed the sewer pipe ran out to the street. Randy came, ran the camera, and discovered we already had a double cleanout on the side of the house through which he could access any point in the house. He saved us $7500, and getting our front yard dug up for no reason. All the guys that came out from RWD were very polite and professional, and great to work with. And they were fair on price too. 100% recommend.
