Water heater sprung a leak, he came out on time, with all the needed parts and equipment removed the old heater, installed the new heater and was in and gone in less than 2 hours. Their costs were very reasonable and Rick left the place cleaner than he found it. Highly recommend him and don't let his initial appearance put you off, he comes in all business and ends with a more friendly chat if you want. If your looking for service as it use to be before all the little companies were absorbed by the mega operators, then Rick is your man.

Over the years that I have known Rick Baker from RWB Plumbing he has fielded so many panic-filled calls about water streaming out of somewhere it was not supposed to be! Be it major pipes leaking through 2nd story walls due to a pin hole leak behind the upstairs toilet or the replacement of a kitchen faucet Rick has been there, ready and able to solve the problem.
