Called them during a winter weather storm for a broken pipe that filled my house with water. They arrived, located and repaired the problem immediately. Great guys with great skill. Very affordable and great to work with. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service.
I called this place after I had used another plumber (Deans) who came out twice, and insisted the problem was my septic, cost me an extra $300 to have the septic pumped and still had the same problem. I stopped wasting my money with Deans and I called Louderback. Not only did they come out for emergency service at my house but the guy they sent out was super helpful and give me tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again in the future! They had great service, great communication, friendly staff, and got the problem fixed quickly for a reasonable price

Have used them multiple times with okay results. This last time they had replaced a yard hydrant and the water pressure for it dropped within a week. We had them replace the tank, thinking the trouble was there but it did not help at all so I was told they would be back out in a day or two. Never heard back. Throughout the winter I valled and was told they would call back. Now it is warmer I even tried calling daily and kept getting told they would put me on the schedule. I gave up and called another plumber in. Turns out there was a rock blocking the water, one large enough it had to have gotten in when Louderback replaced the hydrant. Maybe that's why they refused to return?

Great service at a great price!! Really nothing else to say. They replaced my water heater for the agreed upon price and in a timely manner. Paul and James came out within the window of time they specified (only after a quick phone call to let me know they were on their way). They showed up, made sure to put on booties, and put down floor protectors and got right to work. Paul found a small leak in one of my copper pipes. He took care of it for no additional cost. They got everything installed and cleaned up quickly. They knew I had to head back to work. A top notch company with to notch technicians. Thank you for the great job you guys did and I can guarantee any future needs we have or if I can recommend them, it's theirs. Thank you, thank you.

These people are the absolute worst! I was coming from my grandma's house and they cussed me out for being in their way. I am 17 years old and I already know never to hire these horribly rude people. Get some class.

I have used Louderback Plumbing for 10+ years. I'm an rental property owner that lives out of state, so finding a reputable company to provide services from afar is very important. Through the years, i have used this company to unclog drains through kitchen remodels and they have delivered every time. If I have been unhappy about a service, I have never experienced one problem in getting it fixed to my satisfaction. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

I completely agree with Rob E on this one. Years ago in my old house, I used Louderback Plumbing on a regular basis and had good service. However, a few months ago, I needed plumbing help in my new home. My appointment was scheduled for a Wednesday morning, so I took off work to wait for the plumber. By Wednesday afternoon when they still hadn't shown up, I called and was told they ""forgot"" my appointment and it was too late to make it to my house that day...but they would be there first thing the next morning. So I took another day off of work to wait for them. They called Thursday morning and said they were running late but promised they would be there Thursday afternoon. At 4:30 Thursday, they called and said they were way behind and wouldn't get to me until Friday morning. Unlike Rob, I wasn't smart enough to cancel them and get someone else. But I learned my lesson and will not be using Louderback Plumbing ever again. They were completely unreliable and cost me several days of work. I'll be using their competitors from now on.

We had an appointment with them to do a job in our house on a Tuesday - they showed up on Wednesday. I can't comment on their work, they did not do any.
If you can't be trusted to keep an appointment, your work can't be trusted either.
