If only i could give 0 . The worst plumbing service ever! Had to call them to fix our plumbing problem. The first day a man came, he couldn't find the clean out. He even asked me if i know where it was. How could a woman, first time owner of a house will know where it is? I was even not here when this house was built 30yrs ago! And how could he not find it when it's his job to do it? He only spent like 5-10mins and decided to ask right away for the service fee! He gave a receipt stating that he couldn't or we don't have a clean out, so he need to go to the vent the next time he will come to our house. Or better yet, if my husband find the clean out, he'll be back. Fast forward to that next day, he came back. The schedule was 2-4pm, he came at around 4:06pm! Very unprofessional! He tried the vent, didn't work! Had my bathroom flooded again of what he did. I kept telling him that if he do something, it will be flooded on the bathroom, still he did it. Bathroom (2) and bath tub (2) got so messy. In short, no work has been done! That was Friday so we need to wait again for the weekend to be over with no bathroom to use. My husband decided to get a very decent plumbing service because when he called them back first thing on Monday, their customer service sucks! Kept telling my husband that they will return his call blah blah blah.. well guess what? No return calls until almost night time. Anyway, our plumbing problem has been resolved by another company that my husband called just today, Tuesday, same day they came. Thanks to you guys! Your company is never number one after all!

This company is not proficient at communication in a timely manner through any means. Neither timely in their arrival or respectful of yours. A main break in your sewage trunk line is your problem, lets hope your not waiting for their Technician to detail the problem to your Home Warranty Company so work can begin because my experience is they just don't care if your break causes consequential damages and secondary problems. Monday afternoon they received their payment for the service call from an ELDERLY DISABLED LADY, for crawling in the Crawlspace and then stating the obvious, Letting it be know if she did not pay then they could hold up any other work that was needed by themselves or different contractors used by the Warranty company. well check the BBB complaints before you call them at one of their (3) different phone numbers, its a hardship upon this elderly cancer patient with a recently broken hip. ;( its been 6 days since he took her check and 10 since they issue was reported. multiple calls and emails have no been responded too. SHAME ...

This company charged my father $287 for a $40 part. The owner sets the prices and he refuses to call my father back to discuss. Taking advantage of seniors is incredibly disrespectful. Do not give them your business.

Was assigned this company from our home warranty for repairs and they never showed. When we called to check on the appointment, they were incredibly hostile, rude, and inappropriate. They called us horrible names. The most awful experience ever. Reported to our home warranty company and they flagged them as a hostile vendor. DO NOT USE THESE RUDE PEOPLE!!

I called to have my ac and furnace checked. I discovered I needed a new ac unit. Within an hour I had 2 guys come and remove my old unit. First thing the next morning they arrived again and my new unit was up and running in no time. Terry was wonderful and really interested in doing a great job. My only disappointment happened after the 2 men left and I found cigarette butts in my yard. I will never understand why smokers don't see this as littering. I am sure they wouldn't like it if I threw a can in their yard so don't leave your butts in mine!

RW Heating & Air came out to our house as a result of calling our house warranty about a bad water heater. They determined that we needed a new water heater, new plumbing throughout the house (we have C-PVC plumbing), and quoted a 10 yr guarantee on the water heater. We cashed opted to cash out from our warranty and purchased a new heater from RW. The next day two technicians came out to install the heater. They did not check to see if the drain pipe went outside of the house or was plugged...just drained the heater...inside the wall. Water came out on the outside wall, into the wall, and possibly into the sheetrock. A supervisor came out, claimed the drain was our fault and they would not pay for damages. He also stated that they do not have 10 year guarantees. According to my wife he was rude and disrespectful during the conversation and at one point, when questioned about previous comments, he refused to speak with her any more. The technicians ran the drain out through the house eves and reconnected the old water heater. This is our third encounter with this company and in 2 of the 3 encounters the technicians did not seem to know what they were doing. If dealing with this company I strongly recommend caution. They seem more interested in telling the customer that their plumbing is bad and selling all new plumbing from RW.

Watch your wallet. This bunch hit us for over $400, and actually only replaced washers on a dripping shower faucet. They actually did more harm than good on cleaning out a waste drain. Don't waste your time but most importantly don't waste your money.

I called RW Heating Air, Plumbing and Electrical to ask questions about the warranty for the HVAC system that I'd purchased from them a few years before. I wanted to have them to come out to check out some issues I'm having. I did inquire about the warranty and then wanted to schedule an appointment for service. I was spoken to very rudely when I had further questions about the parts warranty. The lady that I spoke to actually hung up the phone on me when I asked her to clarify statements that were contradictory to information and statements that she'd previously made and that did not make sense to me. I have recommended RW to a couple of friends in the past, but I won't be recommending their company or service to anyone again after today.

I contacted RW for furnace repairs. I had done some preliminary research and the problem seemed to be the first synchronizer. I advised the technician that I would be building in 1-2 years and did not want to put a lot of money into this old furnace. He claimed that so many parts were bad that it would probably be more cost efficient to replace the whole furnace. The office came back to me with a quote for 3500.00. Whoa! I viewed a few hours of youtube videos, ordered a newer part that looked different (for 16.00 plus 2-day shipping) and replaced it myself. It still didn't work - I called another heating company - and found that I had one connector wrong on this different looking synchronizer. He corrected it - and tadaa! - it's been working fine for a month now. RW either has incompetent technicians, or they push (scam?) to sell complete systems. Beware.
