With more than 16 years in the field, I have become recognized as a leading service technician in the West Valley and Phoenix metro area for the last 13 years. I have been involved with a variety of organizations, from small ""mom and pop"" establishments to large corporate entities. I have acquired significant training and various certifications, learning the critical ""Do's and Don'ts"" of effective service. I DO NOT simply replace parts without reason. I take satisfaction in my expertise to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot issues, locating the failed component whenever I can to provide EFFECTIVE repairs. This method helps you avoid hassle and unnecessary costs, all while steering clear of lengthy waits for repairs at the dealer. I strive to restore the beloved ""old-school"" approach to service and relationships that everyone values. Although I launched this business in 2021, my experience in the RV industry spans more than 15 years. I have been with multiple employers, realizing a common issue of poor communication and insufficient pride in service and repairs. He doe not know anything about aqua hot or customer service. His excuse about fixing the system was my 40 foot motorhome wasn't meant for living in it full time. I spent $1,100 to fix the aqua hot system in December left the job in a condition that I could not use. He also took a heat exchange an said he would return it. It is now the middle of March. terrible service.

We were travelling through AZ on our way home to CA and suddenly developed electrical issues in our RV :-( Daniel returned my call within a few hours and suggested that we bring our rig by later that afternoon as we were staying near him that night.
Daniel was wonderful!! Was able to diagnose the problems quickly and fix them on the spot. He even gave us a part for us to fix an issue with our water connection, no charge :-)
I owned an RV park for many years and I am familiar with mobile RV service companies. Daniel is by far the BEST I have seen.

I was having an issue with the thermostat in my motorhome. Anthem RV said they were busy till March, but gave me a phone number and said to ask for Daniel. Thank God I did. After explaining my problem, Daniel said he would research the problem for a fix and call me back. Daniel called back the next morning and walked me through the steps to program my thermostat. Problem solved. And he didn't ask for a dime. This guy is awesome.

I called Wednesday and Daniel was able to schedule a consultation for me the very next day. He arrived early and did a full inspection of my RV. Daniel took his time and explained everything to my husband. I know we in good hands with our future repair. I'm glad I called him first.

I've been using Daniel for 2 yrs now. Top notch customer service and top notch repairs. He's worked on both of my RVs and ive referred him to several of my customers who love him too. I dont even have to be home when he swings by to repair, thats how much we trust him. Just let yourself in lol. This was the 3rd company i tried and definitely the last. I wont go with anyone else. Daniel fully explains things which i like. We love him!
