Very happy with the professionalism from start to finish. From now on this is the only company I will call for all our Plumbing & Heating needs. Thank you.

This company came to my apartment complex, presumably to do work in one of the units. The van parked in my reserved parking spot, which is clearly marked as being reserved, and I went out to tell them they needed to move. Instead of just moving, I was told to ""chill out"". I was actually pretty chill until they said that -- their suggestion had the opposite effect. The situation escalated when they started to park in another reserved spot and I told them they couldn't park there either. At that point, the passenger in the car began *screaming* at me and telling me to get back in my f-Ing house. It was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I believe they were having difficulty finding the unit they needed and if they had been pleasant instead of telling me to chill out, I would have been happy to assist. I'd be wary of using this company due to their extremely unprofessional behavior. I'm sure there are plenty of companies who treat customers and residents with respect. Also, they should not park in reserved spots. Pretty simple.

I called yesterday around 1:00 asking for a plumber to come help me with a sump pump that had turned into a geyser. I was told that someone could come at 4:00; however, I had to be charged $250 for the 1st hour and guarantee a minimum of 2 hours because after 4:00 is considered over-time. I called on a Monday afternoon, not on a holiday, or at 3:00 a.m. on a Saturday. I'm sorry, but for a service company is sure felt like gouging to me. I will not be recommending your company.

I had another plumber show up (on his lunch hour), he fixed the problem in 20 minutes for a lot less than $500.00.

I spent about $600 to learn a lesson today. One that I am willing to share here. If I don't have the time to do a plumbing job that I should be able to do my self, even if I need to do some research and studying, then I won't do it. If the job is too big for me to handle on my own, then I would not hire a plumber, unless I get 9 different estimates. R.V Cary will be excluded from the consideration processes, because a job previously estimated to take about 2 hr, took them more than five to complete (with the plumber admitting he made several mistakes that forced him to re-do various tasks). Granted, their travel to site fee, and hourly rates are inflated @ $80 + $90/hr; but, to charge a client for time wasting mistakes, that's outright dishonest and unprofessional.
Thank you R.V Cary, I will remember this lesson well.

I agree with the previous reviewer. I don't know why such low reviews. I worked with both Eric for an estimate and Chris for doing the work. Both are extremely competent and friendly plumbers. I had a variety of issues some straight forward and a couple that required some creativity and expertise. Both Eric and Chris fit the bill and came up with good and sensible options. Chris was professional, extremely helpful and meticulous in his work. As for the price, perhaps I have dealt with more plumbers than most, but, I found their approach to charge on a time and materials basis, extremely competitive and fair for a licensed plumber with the years of experience that Chris had. They are my plumber of choice and I highly and un-hesitantly recommend them to you.

We had a clogged kitchen drain and wanted some plumber to fix it quickly. We called some plumbers with good comments on yelp but all were overbooked that day. I was referred to this provider by one of the plumbers I called. While I hesitated because of the poor comments here, I called for service anyway due to an urgency. You will not be told how much it will cost, and once they out, you must pay. The service was completed as expected same day in the afternoon, And the technician was experienced and friendly (five stars). The final cost is $430 for the job, including $280 labor, $50 equipment (the snake, minus one star), and $80 trip fee (minus one star). The labor rate is about $100 per hour, and I guess the charge started from the moment entering the door, including his trip to home depot to purchase parts. The national average for clearing a clogged drain is $206 with a typical range of $127 to $285(https://www.homeadvisor.com/cost/plumbing/repair-a-clogged-drain/).The service provided by this company is evidently on the very high end. I would recommend this provider in case of emergency, otherwise, you should shop around to get a better price.

Friendly and fast, but miscommunication led to ...

Problem: Clogged kitchen sink

Scheduling: Easy to make appointment and was told would come the following morning at 9:30. 5 stars! I would be charged for hourly rate ($100 for first hour an per hour after that) and any replaced parts.

Day of: Called me to ask if could start early (5 stars again) while I was at work. I told him that key could be picked up from office at 8:30. He shows up a little after 8 and needs to wait. Leaves a message just past 10 when finishes. I come home and everything works great! 5 stars.

Billing: Charged for 2 hours, not 1.5 (minus 1 star). Additional charge ($80) for coming out to site (minus 1 star). Charged additional $50 for using a snake (minus 1 star).

Bottom line: Super friendly and efficient, but when it comes to the price and transparency, I'd rather not be caught off guard and paying double what I expected. I do appreciate the labor being charged as a commercial unit as this was a condo, but better off renting a decent snake and watching youtube for next time.

Huge waste of money and time! They have a fee for showing up at your door and then charge by the hour. Our assigned technician started the hourly charge while he was still sitting in his truck on our driveway. When he finally looked at the blocked gutter, he said he didn't have the right tools on the truck, asks us to reschedule and tries to charge us for the entire time he's on the phone with the office.
