We hired the company ( Carl and his son Luke) twice. Carl came to help us repair a leak in the gas pipe. Luke came to repair a water pipe leak in the attic. They both did a good job and charged fairly.

Best plumber in the area, hands down. They are my "go to" for all plumbing needs. They fixed a leak at the washing machine lines the first time I used them. I was so impressed with their service that when the 21 year old water heater finally gave out, I knew exactly who to call. They were here the next day. They will install soft water next, and I will be calling on them again to replace interior fixtures.

Carl, Matthew, & his Family came out and knocked out installing my water softener. This was no easy task! He had to run new plumbing for my water softener plus added 2 more outdoor spigots to run hard water for our plants, as you never ever water your plants with soft water, as they will die.
At the same time, Carl and his team, knocked out installing a new kitchen faucet for a very low reasonable price!
At no extra charge, he even hooked up my water line in the kitchen to my refrigerator for it to make ice and filtered water. As a added Bonus, Matthew even hooked up my water heater's hot drain to the overflow pipe, as a safety feature, for no additional charge!!!
I most definitely have found my "go to" Plumber, make them yours as well! Thank you for the Great Service Rutkowski Plumbing!

It was a true blessing having discovered this company last year (fall of 2020). For years my house has had a certain plumbing issue and I've had to call other companies until I finally discovered Rutkowski. I just want to say that this company is a VERY honest and VERY fair one. Every other plumber whose come out to run a hose has stated to me that my entire pipe system would have to be dug up and replaced and of course costs thousands of dollars. Rutkowski took the time to pin point the cause of this certain issue and it turns out that there's nothing wrong with all the pipes underground; the problem was one small one in one spot that's costs no where near as much as what other companies had told me! After the February 2021 freeze, Rutkowski was able to make it out again, and again did a wonderful job replacing pipes that had frozen and burst causing me to have to turn my water off manually. Rutkowski made sure the job was done right, he did not leave my house without making sure my water was running right inside and out. If you want an honest and reasonable company whose not going to tell you lies and look for things to overcharge you for, you should call Rutkowski!

Very fast response even with all the calls coming in after the freeze. Carl and Luke were very professional, explained everything, and quickly found and repaired the leak. This was on a Sunday evening, after responding to other calls all day. We are extremely satisfied with their response time and work completed. They provided the level of service you wished every company offered. We will definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Although this business is owned by family (my son in law's dad), I can speak to the service because I've used them 3 times and have several family members of my own that have used them as well.

PROS:

Their rates are reasonable. They literally have saved us thousands by completing jobs that others would have overcharged. One job we had quoted by another company and were able to really SEE the difference in price.

They do EVERYTHING with integrity as it is ingrained in who they are. That means if there's a more affordable way to do something, they'll tell you. It also means they can be trusted in your home and also trusted to do the job right and not cut corners.

They're professional and respectful of your home or business. Some service pros make a MESS in your home, overstep boundaries, talk or cuss on phone, etc. Not so with these guys, it's not their manner.

They're super knowledgeable and have been in business for decades. Karl is a LICENSED Master Plumber. For example, we had a shower that needed repair. Another company told us we'd have to tear out the wall and remove/replace shower doors to fix. Rutkowski plumbing ordered a cartridge and it was a simple fix.

CONS: They aren't super techy. They're traditional, so you'll get a phone call, a handshake and eye contact. Not really much of a con and rather nice.

If you're looking for a fast response, honesty, integrity and affordable rates, definitely give them a call!!

This review is long overdue. I had my first experience with Carl about two years ago. He gave us an excellent price on replacing a leaking pressure valve out by the meter and he and his son did great work. It was great timing for that problem to happen because he identified a separate problem I was having and didn't know about. I had a faulty water softener that was ruining my plumbing and his expertise saved me from a future major and expensive problem. I can't thank him enough for that. At a later time we also had him replace a kitchen sink and bathroom fixtures and he was more than fair and again great work. He is communicative and punctual. I'll never use another plumber and he has my recommendation for your plumbing needs.

Carl came to my home to check for a water leak. His son put a pressure gauge on a hose bib. They were at my house 15 minutes. I was told that i did not have a leak; later that day found a leak in my sprinkler system. They charged me $124.00. Beware
