Jeremy G.they charge you for how long their trucks are at your location and travel time regardless of how long the work actually takes. was never told this upfront. i got stuck with a bill for over 3 hrs of labor for a job that took 1 hr( i was there and i watched him). i called them to dispute the charges and they basically told me i had to pay because that s how long the truck was there for. what if they had lunch in the truck or decided to take a break for an hr or 2? guess who pays? i was told they d be at my house and they came late so i had to go to work. they had to come back again later and charged for that when it was their fault. i strongly recommend you use someone else. DON T USE THESE CROOKS
