Not trustworthy! He gave me a quote of $125 for a 10 minute job to unclog my garbage disposal but he went home and charged me $155. I contacted him of the discrepancy and he told me that he would refund me the difference. He never did! After several attempts of trying to reach out to him, he just started to ignore my phone calls and text messages. Finally, I had no choice but to contact my bank to file a fraud charge for the difference. I plan to file another complaint with the BBB as well. I would not recommend this company and if you decide to do business, get your quote in writing and pay in cash!

If I could give this guy negative stars, I would. First night he is almost an hour late (after my husband and I both rush home from work to be there). He finally sends a text saying he is running late...another hour rolls by...he texts and says he cant make it. He does ask if he can come the following day, irritated, I agree. The next day (again...after rushing home), he is a no show, no call, no text. He will not return my call or text. Completely unprofessional!!! Bad business, dont bother!

Not impressed with the reliability of this company. Called to get information and a quote and it took a while to get someone to come out. Then, he took my information and told me I could expect a quote the following Monday (this was Friday) and I have yet to hear a word from him. It was well over a week ago. Called another company and they took care of us promptly and we are happily giving our money to them.

We were kind of worried being new to the area and needing to find a plumber. Called a few places and Steve was the nicest person on the phone and he was willing to work around our weird work hours. He offered to come to our house that day, but since it wasn't an emergency, we had him come the following day. Got all of the work done that we needed and he fixed our HVAC that was freezing up while he was there too. Very nice guy and he always answers his phone, which I've come to find is pretty unusual in the home improvement industry. We have more work that he will be doing sometime in the future

Steven is Prompt, courteous and really KNOWS his business. He really CARES about his clients, does his best to keep costs reasonable and does a great job - professional, friendly, respectful of property and homeowner's wishes, and is always accessible. I highly recommend his services.
