Always punctual, professional and reasonable and throw in a great sense of humor. Never had a problem with ANYTHING he has done. He does not take new customers but if you do get in you are VERY fortunate. He is very busy but you can get in touch with him anytime... wish I could give him 10 stars... All tradesmen should be this good!
