Responsive, price is reasonable. However lacks essential plumber tools such as blow plug and compressed CO2. Keeps trying to upsell me on a pressure wash. Left without resolving issue even though I told him what previous plumbers did to resolve the issue (blow plug + compressed CO2). Still had to paid the service charge.
I was expecting the plumber to have more than just a basic snake, as a blow plug and compressed air are essentials in almost every plumber's toolkit. Every other plumber I've used had those.
Ang M.Shower was clogged from too much hair going down the drain. I tried everything but need a profesh. Rusty's was easy to text and had someone come the next day. Service was fast, friendly and a good price.
Tracy K.1st time customer.. them on Yelp. My basement toilet was clogged on a Saturday early evening. It was an Airbnb so I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. I made five different calls and rusty sewer was the first to get back to me and give me a reasonable time that they could arrive. Robert arrived 20 minutes earlier than the time given. I've had guests flush wipes down the drain before, so I knew exactly what the issue was. We were able to clear the line in about 40 minutes. Robert helped me clean the apartment when the job was done. This is the fourth time I've had my lines cleared from wipes being flush down. Theirs is the Best price I've paid yet and it was a Saturday. I will be scheduling an appointment with them after my guest leave for a major air flush. Definitely putting these guys in my contact list.
so i have my main line clogged and needing cleaning. no experience with what that should cost so i put out an open request on yelp for estimates along with a basic description of the problem. i've gotten 16 replies in the last hour or two, every single one of them with a price for main line cleaning or at least a price range as well as an invite to discuss the problem further over the phone with it being obvious that they read my request and understood what my problem was.
except THIS company. all i got from them was a generic ""hi, if you're interested in a consultation or quote please contact us at ect ect... nothing about my specific problem, nothing about a price range, just a spam email that could have been sent to anyone with ANY plumbing problem. Are you kidding me ? there is zero chance in HELL i'm hiring someone who just spams every request for an estimate on yelp with the same generic email. or who is possibly too damn stupid to figure out what the word ""estimate"" means.
I had a pipe burst and had the company fix it. the company was professional and very reliable. It was bit overcharged but so far I'm okay.
Quick and friendly service! Called to inquire about sewer services and less than 2 hours later, Rusty was at my house. Didn't know exactly what the problem was but he explained that the sewer line needed to be cleaned and gave us a quote. He started working right after he provided the quote. Great service, really appreciate the turnaround time.
Rusty showed up a few hours late but luckily I had padded my schedule. Anyway he did the job, fast and (I think) well and he gave me the nest deal among 4-5 plumbers I reached out to.
Terri C.I called at a really late hour, after many rejections (even though many businesses claim 24 hours service, that's a crap lie, because many of them told me, ""oh sorry, call me in the morning instead"". Well NO- plumbing isn't my kitchen cabinet is chipped. For goodness sakes, it's a NECESSITY! Plumbing is an emergency, for crying out loud, the entire bathroom is not only out of order but that darn flooding is not going to wait until tomorrow morning! So for those who advertise they are 24-hours, please remove that line and state your stinky accurate hours. Pun.)
Well, enough of that diatribe - I wanted to say that this place absolutely delivered. It was late evening and terribly sorry to really burden anyone who has to go dinner or a home to go to - but this was serious and we were in absolute dire need for help.
The professional plumber came to inspect and in few minutes, started the job. The cost was provided right after few minutes of inspection (so no funny business on that too.). Plus it was reasonable so we gave a good tip for being so accomodating, considering it was late. And yes, many can argue that they sign up for this job, for its risk and odd hours - got that. Again, the gripe here is that many of these companies put it out there like they are up and ready to come, when most of them say ""sorry, it is too late"". Oops, sorry to digress again. Focus.
I am highly recommending this business based on the experience with one professional. Left no mess and was very good at keeping things tidy. Also very informative and provided suggestions on our next steps. It wasn't even an hour (because many of these licensed individuals charge by the time, so they would belabor the job at times.) I did apologize for the late hour, but was so thankful. The professional was very understanding and kept saying it is okay.
Therefore, 5 stars for this business, but 10 stars for the person who came to save the day.

Good prices, prompt service.
I thought this would be a 5-star review.
Over time, I was still hoping for 3 stars.
Several hiccups, but I still thought he was a nice guy and that the basic
work was good enough.
But he got every single thing wrong - in addition to trying to rip me off!
What should have been one appointment became 4. And things were still totally messed
up after the 4!
I needed a new toilet and to have my mainline snaked out.
Rusty gave good quotes for each.
He came to check the toilet and be certain of the size, etc.
He was on time for that - a very unusual thing in that industry.
But that was the last thing that went smoothly.
We made an appointment to do the work on Sunday at 2:00.
I texted at 1:05 to see if he was running on time.
He asked if we could do 3:00. I said ok.
Around 2:30, he called to ask if we can reschedule for another day.
I said ok. Asked what day. He said Saturday.
I told him pushing back a full week wasn't good.
So, we settled on Wednesday.
He came and snaked the mainline.
He said it was more work than expected.
That instead of $100, he's charging me $250 and that he'd have to
come back to do the toilet.
How do you get to change price on the same job??
If one thing lead to another, that's one thing.
If someone said that after changing the boiler, they find that one of the radiators
still not getting hot and needs to be changed, that could be understandable.
But saying ""I gave you a price to unclog a drain and I'm raising (250%!!) because the drain was clogged"" is insane! I hired you to take care of a clog. You are complaining that the clog was clogged??
He came back a couple days later to do the toilet.
As he was getting ready to leave, I go to check it out.
It was the wrong model of toilet!
We'd discussed multiple times.
I showed him our last text where I'd reintegrated it for the 3rd time to avoid just this sort of thing.
He did acknowledge that he made a mistake. That is rare these days.
So, he gets points for that.
But he didn't come back for 5 days.
It was early morning. He should have come back same day.
In the interim:
I was putting the trash cans by the curb.
I found 3 big bags of construction debris.
I thought someone put their stuff in my yard.
I hadn't had a demoition.
It turns out that he smashed up the old toilet and left it in those bags for me to deal with.
Him taking it away in his truck was part of our agreement!
I went to fill up a bucket from the downstairs bathtub.
I slid open the shower door and I see 2 toilet plungers in the tub!
Seriously??? the dirtiest thing there is, you put into the vessel that people go into to get clean???
That is so disgusting!
The day for the new appointment finally comes.
Appt is for 10:00.
At 8:45 I text to ask if he's running on time.
He says ""yes sir"".
At 10:15, I text to get an update.
He says ""Boss, give me time. Your toilet is not easy to find"".
Seriously (again!)???
5 days later, you didn't obtain it???
He finally shows around 11:00.
Tells me that he was trying since 6AM.
Of course that is BS. Who's open at 6AM for him to shop?
And either way, I still want to know why he didn't get it days ago.
He's finally installing it annnnnd, wrong one! Again!
He did get the dual flush. But now it was elongated, not round.
Now, the $50 seat that I kept from the old one doesn't fit.
So, my choice was to get yanked around for another 2 weeks or install the one that doesn't fit my seat. I went ahead with the installation.
Turns out the seat it comes with is not only thin and awful. But not even soft close!
Eventually, he left. I don't know why he hovered for half an hour after finishing.
I had company and it was annoying.
I finally got a chance to take another look at it.
It wasn't American Standard!
So, it wasn't ANY of the things we discussed!
When he first arrived, he asked about my next door neighbors.
He said he'd done a job for them 11 years ago.
It should have occurred to me that with all the work they have done, why hadn't they ever hired him again? Had to learn that the hard way....
