I called Rusty at 8:00 am this morning with a slow flush toilet. It wasn't an emergency, but he still got here within 2 hours. He was tenacious, and tried everything he could, but in the end the problem was in the main line. He refused to take any money, saying he only takes payment when he is successful!

I would be remiss if I didn't mention, this is a new house for me; but, during ""Snowmageddon"" a couple of years ago, I had a busted water pipe outside and a busted pipe inside of my old house. Both times he was there within an hour!

He is honest, fair and really cares about his customers!
