When we met Rusty we were looking for someone to install the plumbing in the new house that we were building. That was 12 years ago and his work was so good that we haven't needed a plumber until today when a valve froze on our tankless hot water heater. We searched Rusty Pipes out on the internet and we were happy to see that he was still available. He responded to our call immediately and made an appointment with us for the next day. We can't say enough good things about his work. In fact, my husband is a building inspector and found his work to be exceptional.

Great experience working with Clayton from Rusty Pipes! Quick response to our initial call and diagnosed the problem with our tankless water heater within minutes. He gave us a couple of options and a brief tutorial on the system. We ended up having him replace the unit. He arrived on time to the appointment and finished the job in a timely manner. 5 Stars isn't enough - Rusty Pipes Plumbing is awesome! We had 5 other companies look at the problem in our shower before them and they all wanted to break into the wall requiring complete remodeling of the shower tile. They all charged for the consultation without doing any work. One company had 2 plumbers looking at the problem for over an hour and couldn't figure out how to do the repair without breaking into the wall tile. Rusty Pipes looked at the problem, let me know it couldn't be repaired with the procedure I thought would work but quietly continued working on the issue. 1 hour later he had a brand new pipe installed by increasing the hole in the tile enough to work on it and small enough that it could be covered with hardware he then went & picked up. He saved us thousands of dollars without having to remodel - the shower works again after almost a year of frustration and it looks beautiful! Rusty is GREAT!!! Called him Friday afternoon to have 2 faucets changed out, nonemergency. He set an appointment time for Monday morning. He was right on time and did an excellent job for us. His charges were very reasonable. Highly recommend Rusty!!!!

Clayton did an excellent job on the Tankless water heater installation. Clayton works really hard and goes out of his way to access anything that needs to be replaced at our 1978 home before we move in. Because most of the plumbing fixtures are originals. Clayton is a master Plumber, Electrician, and HVAC technician. He did such an awesome job, that I had him replace and install a new HVAC system at our new home in huntington beach. My wife is now in the process of having remodel our master bedroom bathroom.

He does remind me of Abraham from the walking dead series with his mustache and demeanor. Ha!
