Great experience working with Clayton from Rusty Pipes! Quick response to our initial call and diagnosed the problem with our tankless water heater within minutes. He gave us a couple of options and a brief tutorial on the system. We ended up having him replace the unit. He arrived on time to the appointment and finished the job in a timely manner. 5 Stars isn't enough - Rusty Pipes Plumbing is awesome! We had 5 other companies look at the problem in our shower before them and they all wanted to break into the wall requiring complete remodeling of the shower tile. They all charged for the consultation without doing any work. One company had 2 plumbers looking at the problem for over an hour and couldn't figure out how to do the repair without breaking into the wall tile. Rusty Pipes looked at the problem, let me know it couldn't be repaired with the procedure I thought would work but quietly continued working on the issue. 1 hour later he had a brand new pipe installed by increasing the hole in the tile enough to work on it and small enough that it could be covered with hardware he then went & picked up. He saved us thousands of dollars without having to remodel - the shower works again after almost a year of frustration and it looks beautiful! Rusty is GREAT!!! Called him Friday afternoon to have 2 faucets changed out, nonemergency. He set an appointment time for Monday morning. He was right on time and did an excellent job for us. His charges were very reasonable. Highly recommend Rusty!!!!

Clayton did an excellent job on the Tankless water heater installation. Clayton works really hard and goes out of his way to access anything that needs to be replaced at our 1978 home before we move in. Because most of the plumbing fixtures are originals. Clayton is a master Plumber, Electrician, and HVAC technician. He did such an awesome job, that I had him replace and install a new HVAC system at our new home in huntington beach. My wife is now in the process of having remodel our master bedroom bathroom.

He does remind me of Abraham from the walking dead series with his mustache and demeanor. Ha!

Clayton (Rusty) came to our need on a Sunday morning, right on time. He was very professional and did excellent work for a very reasonable cost. While fixing the issue he was called out for, he found my faucet leaking, so installed a new one while he was here. I would highly recommend him.

When we decided to renovate our house it was a no brainer to call Rusty again. Our budget needed to go a long way so Rusty helped prioritize projects and guide us in the right direction with appliances, equipment and materials.
He completely remodeled our master bedroom/bathroom (demo, plumbing, framing, drywall, doors, vanities, towel racks, etc.). He framed & drywalled new hallway closets, new walls in living room and installed new baseboards throughout entire house. He also moved our washer/dryer into our garage which required all new plumbing.
Rusty Pipes is the only call you need to make, he's honest, professional and does great work.

I contacted Clayton at Rusty Pipes to take care of a leaky hose pipe at our rental property in Long Beach. He responded to my email quote request within minutes and also followed up with a phone call. He took care of the problem, sent an invoice and all was done in about 1.5 hours! I appreciate how quickly the work was done and also that he treated my small project as important as a larger one. The tenant was pleased to have it fixed so quickly and we like happy tenants! We will use Clayton again for any other plumbing issues that may come up and will also call him for our personal property as needed.
