Russ's Plumbing is amazing. Angela (scheduling) is so nice and I love how she can let me know the day/general time and then she calls again to say someone is on their way. I live in an old house that has many issues, especially with plumbing. In the last 8 months, Chuck has been out 4-5 times. Each time, he is on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Russ's Plumbing.

Last Wednesday, after a large storm, my sump pump burned out... I had purchased it about three years prior from Home Depot and installed it myself. Definitely didn't last very long. We were going out-of-state on vacation this past weekend and I really needed to get a new sump pump installed prior to leaving. I called around to four different companies to get quotes for the installation of a new sump pump as well as a new battery back-up system. I figured if I was replacing one, I might as well do them both at the same time. Russ's was very responsive to my request for a phone quote and after checking with a technician, Angela (from the office) called me back with the pricing. Russ's pricing was competitive and a couple hundred dollars less than any of the other reputable companies I had contacted. Additionally, they were able to come out the next day to install it, whereas two of the other companies were going to make me wait over a week!

Chuck showed up on Friday for the installation. He had a very friendly personality and explained everything thoroughly. He kept our finished basement clean during the removal of the old system and the installation of the new one. It took him a little over an hour from start to finish... and was able to leave town with the peace of mind knowing that my basement wasn't going to flood, thanks to Russ's!

I couldn't be happier with my new sump pump setup and will be contacting Russ's for any of my plumbing needs in the future!

Ross's Plumbing recently did some work on our driveway drain. They finished the job quickly, on budget and cleaned up the site well. We've used then for several jobs and I can't recommend this great family business enough. They act from integrity and do great quality work.

If you need a plumber in Elmhurst or western suburbs, call them. They are trustworthy and fair.

Takes shortcuts and seems to be in a hurry. Felt very disrespected by the plumber. They need to understand that people talk and watch how their plumbers behave, even when they are not ""on the job"". Would not recommend.

very happy with there work in installing an overhead swerve and sump pump in my finished basement they were very clean and helpful and knowledgeable and were very were careful and mindful of our landscaping..
Russ came out a few times before the job started to go over all the details with me..because I had several questions..and concerns that I kept thinking off..they started on the date set up and worked very hard to get he job done as quickly as possible..so we can get our home back in order.
I would highly recommend them..

russ and his crew put in a new sewer pipe, and clean out in my parkway.
they were on budget, and did the work in one day. they had to dig a hole 9 1/2 feet deep in the street. very impressive. they totally had it under control. they're also very nice. would never use anyone else. well, hopefully, i'll never have a project like this again.
