Attic air conditioning unit overflowed. Had a plumber come out who couldn't fix it and referred us to Joe and his team. He was very straightforward with his busy timeline - hot summer with AC's failing all over the place - which I really appreciated as nothing is worse than sitting around wondering when a repairman is going to show up. Once scheduled, he and his crew were on time. They did a thorough check and found a few things that could be the issue (possible cracked pan, outlet pipe was clogged, etc) and addressed them all. Being honest, I peeked at them working on my camera and simply saw Manny instructing the newer guys and explaining everything he was doing. 100% trust in this company. They were efficient, reasonably priced and professional beyond professional.

Just a side note: The other guy who wrote a one-star review just doesn't have a sense of humor. Joe was right not to give a quote over the phone without seeing things first because every job and every house is different. My experience was Joe and Manny doing a full assessment, giving me a straight-forward answer and clearly laying out a price that I agreed upon in person. And now my house is cool and comfy. We will be using them going forward.

Would give zero stars if I could. Spoke with Joe and asked for a quote to replace a 50 gallon hot water heater. He laughed and asked what my house is worth so he could quote me a percentage. After a moment of silence, I told him my tank isn't leaking and that I just want to replace it before it does. At that point he told me he stopped giving quotes out over the phone 10 years ago because once he gave me a quote, I would tell him I need to check with my wife (which I don't have) and get back to him. So I asked if he charges for a visit to come give an estimate... ""yes, for the gas, $75."" This guy couldn't have been more arrogant and condescending. I guess he never asks for what things costs before he orders / buys them. Must be nice.
