Russell knows his business but is not always reliable. He doesn't call to say he'll be late until after he is obviously late or says he'll show up the next day. His apprentice was looking at a sprinkler valve, it broke and then I was charged $175 for the repair. Really? No discount, no apology. When I asked about that he said that's how it is. I say I won't be calling anymore - that's how it really is.

Russell is so very friendly, you don't have to worry about him racking up the bill, he's completely honest and won't steer you wrong. We've used him on so many jobs, he's the go-to person for all of our plumbing needs. We refer him to everyone who needs an excellent plumber.

I just found out Russell Plumbing has no contractors license or no business license the old gold owner Jim Russell sold the business to Ron herring who is not even a plumber his prices are ridiculous Please be aware and stay away from Russell Plumbing

Russell was able to tackle and in no time fit a clog that other plumbing companies wouldn't touch. He is a fantastic plumber!!

Worried you will be ripped off, don't be if you call Russell. Called him on a holiday, leaky faucet, came out in less than 30 minutes after I called. Worked on the faucet for 15 minutes, comes out of the bathroom- all done. But says the fix is temp and should get a new faucet as the interior on this is worn and the ceramic cartridge is no longer touching the bottom of the cartridge well. All that and no charge as it was not a perm fix. Thank you for being so honest.

Do not use this plumber. He is the least reliable person you could possibly ever imagine. Made multiple appointments with me to fix a leak in my kitchen and flaked both times. Not sure why anyone would use this guy. He did fix my toilet in the past so I guess he is capable but definitely not reliable. Do not use him!!!!!

Russell is a dying breed; an honest plumber. We started using his services to correct the work of the bottom-feeders a home warranty company assigned to us. He's fixed gas valves, put in copper pipes, fixed drain and main line issues and always arrived when he said he would. He's easy to work with and gives you different options, not just the most expensive. You can do a lot worse, but I'd challenge you to find a better plumber. A+

Being an HOA president, I have to deal with a lot of building issues. This plumber was recommended to me by a friend and after comparing his work and prices to other plumbers we have dealt with, all I can say is that he is by far the best. Always honest, always competent.
