The technician was supposed to find and repair a short in my outside electric line for my outside lights. He did not seem very experienced and struggled to find the short. His first solution was clearly incorrect as he said their was an electric line going underground from my crawlspace but could not identify any such line. I had to direct him to look at the outside plugs which he had failed to check. When he claimed he had a solution he was not confident and claimed someone else had to check it. But he then gave me a proposal for a repair but could not explain the work his proposal would require. The estimate was very high, and he offered no details on the work that it would cover. It was a very poor expereience.

Go with another company prices are higher than competitors. To refill your freon they charged me $279 for the 1st lbs and $163 for additional pounds and that's with a membership. Check around, that's more than double what other HVAC companies will charge you.

Russell's is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They only have one emergency technician to send out after hours so if you have an emergency and need them there that night your out of luck as they will tell you they are all booked up.
Our units were purchased 4 years ago and are under a 10 year warranty. And the best they can do is tell us their next available appt to look at our unit is next Thursday, 8 days from now.
We paid over 20k to this company and this is the way they will treat you.
Additionally, the units we have have been repaired last year. The blower motor went out and the technician that repaired it failed to connect a wire so we still ended up spending the night without AC. The next day another technician came out to finish the job. Plus we had to wait several days for the part to cone in before the first guy failed to connect all the wires.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Do not use this company if you plan ti spend thousands of dollars on new units and will expect them to provide adequate service and loyalty in return in the future when the unit fails.?

What can I say about the team existing of TECHNICIANS JERMIAH EVANS & SHAWN FERRIS, who arrived at my residence on scheduled time to install a new gravel base for the existing house generator.
Prior to commencing with the task they were asked numerous questions, wth both responding in a FRIENDLY & CALMLY manner, sometime even smiling. It was greatly appreciated being I am up in age.
At this time I would like to COMMEND both JEREMIAH & SHAWN for the SUPERIOR INSTALL & their CUSTOMER SKILLS keep up your work ethics & STAY SAFE each day.

I've had their annual maintenance agreement now for 4 years. The technician always calls before showing up for the scheduled visit and gives you advance notice of when to expect them. Their work is always top notch and polite. Would rate them a 10 out of 10.

I use Russell's for all my needs so I can't compliment just one service....I have to compliment them as a total company. Prompt and reliable. Have always been on time and technicians are always professional and friendly. Every technician has explained the problem in language I can understand and explained exactly what they will be doing to resolve the issue. My utility closet is a testimony to how much I trust Russell's....HVAC, water heater, water meter...all Russell's. Additionally they have serviced my kitchen sink drain and toilets. Just call them. You won't be sorry.
