Ray came to investigate an apparent toilet drain leak coming down from an upstairs apartment, ruining the ceiling. I thought the seal needed to be replaced. Ray determined it was moisture from the high humid weather we've had recently, not the seal or a leak. only an honest plumber would turn down doing the more expensive solution. His clear advise meant I only had to put in a cheap moisture barrier and drywall up the ceiling. Ray came with his son on time. Good communications. Problem solved.
