Came by to fix a leak and ended up causing another leak that was not there before. When I asked them to remedy the situation the plumber denied responsibility and claimed that he would have to charge an additional amount to fix the new leak. These guys do not take responsibility for their work, which at their prices you would think they should. Overall, the most expensive bill ever received for a simple faucet repair

My husband and I are very happy with Russell's plumbing.

We had shower valve problems and was told by Sun Plumbing company (sent by AHS) that we were basically looking at a bit of a remodel to fix both bathroom shower valves & pipes due to corrosion locking the valve inside.

Some neighbors referred us to Russell's and we decided to call them out for a 2nd opinion. So glad we did. The plumber was easily able to pull the whole core and casing of the valve out. He claims it's due to the right tool. He fixed both bathroom valves in less than an hour time. He was very professional, honest and informative, happy and friendly. Made our day not having to take on a major remodel for this situation. Thank you Russell's plumbing! If we do take on a remodel, we'll be calling you.

O.K. I have been using this company for the past 10 years and have had fair to good service so far.

They were at my house and were doing work on Tuesday and stated I needed a new toilet. I went and got a new toilet Wednesday and made my appointment for Friday afternoon so I would not have to burn an entire day off work. About 2 hours after the appointment time I called just to verify they were still coming. At that point they proceeded to cancel the appointment and stated they could not be here until next week on Tuesday or Wednesday. I explained why I needed them today and that I could not do it next week and they basically told me I was out of luck.

I am done and will never use my local plumber (Russell's) ever again. The sad part is their office is like 3 minutes from my house.

I had the honor of Russels plumbing come out to my house and fix my stopped up kitchen sink...the last plumbing company from Poway was worthless....he recommended Jetting the pipes...we will surely do it !!!!!!!! Thanx *Super Cool Quin * for your honestly and leaving my kitchen as clean as it was when he walked in...I am doing dishes tonight !!!!! score !!!!!!!! :) we will see you again in 2 weeks :)

Outstanding service!

My wife and I bought a condo over 1 year ago, and almost immediately had drainage issues. The first time we called, they snaked through the roof vent and thought they cleared the blockage. Everything was going fine until a couple months later the clog was back with a vengeance. We called Russell again, and this time they pulled the back bathroom toilet and snaked, but the gentleman who came out the second time noticed that there was something in the line that wasn't moving, so he recommended bringing out a camera. So the next day, they come back with the camera equipment and they found the blockage, which was unidentifiable. After a long time trying to push the unidentified clogging object to the main line and out to the sewer they were able to complete the job.

The bottom line is they were very professional and knowledgable. They easily could have come out 10 more times to unblock our drains, but they were dedicated to finding what was really going on in the pipes and helping us fix the problem.

Everybody knows that any time you need a plumber, its not a happy call. You are stressing and angry and ready to yell at someone about why the house you just bought is having plumbing issues! These guys come in and put your mind at ease. They know what they are doing, and they are straight forward and honest.

If you need a plumber, Russell Plumbing will not disappoint.

WOW! What an amazing experience we had using Russell's Plumbing.

We had never had to hire a plumber before, so we were quite apprehensive because we'd heard such horror stories from friends -- about companies that gouge, do incomplete work, add horrendous overcharges, etc. We were truly prepared for the worst.

So imagine our delight at our experience with Russell's Plumbing. Our technician Mark was punctual, extremely courteous and affable, and boy did he know plumbing! He detected our problem very quickly, and resolved it much quicker than I thought he would.

When it came time to brace ourselves for the bill, it was much lower than we anticipated -- so we can now put that money to good use on other needed maintenance on our house.

For the quality of plumbing repair, customer service, and value-pricing that helps a working family like ours, you cannot beat Russell's Plumbing. We will definitely be referring them to friends and family, and now count them as our go-to company for any of our future plumbing needs.

Had a slab leak in my apartment. They had Russell's come fix it. Now, this is no small job. We're talking jackhammer to the foundation. But they fixed it fast (as fast as a major job like this is) and they fix it right. When I have a house I'll be calling them for my plumbing needs!

Rick was very polite and friendly and knowledgable about my drain issue. They had to snake the main pipe as well as the one for my kitchen sink they got the job done. Also, I needed a new toilet and Rick called and had someone come out the same day. Chris installed the toilet and did an excellent job, he too was polite and friendly. In calling for the service initially, the person answering the phone also provided excellent customer service. You have to have peace of mind and feel comfortable with these type of services... and I did. I will use Russell Plumbing & Supplies Inc going forward. I had russell's plumbing move and replace my water heater. Aside from not removing the excess flux at the soder they did a excellent job at a good price. They also fixed a leaky sink for free. I had Rescue Rooter fix a leak in my bathroom and will never use that joke of a outfit again, bad job and very expensive. CALL RUSSELL PLUMBING they are the best!
