Russell's Plumbing is an outstanding plumbing company I have 29 rentals ,l have been using them for about 18 years I've been satisfied every single time whether it be 4 o'clock in the morning for a mainline blockage or underground gas leaks or A water waterline breaking in the slab and flooding one of my units. They're quick and very thorough and most of all clean. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing service.

Will NEVER call them again. Needed a H2O heater replacement and had an appt set for Monday 1/21/19 @ 8am. This was set in the middle of the week prior. Called them at 8:30 Monday morning and was told the technician couldn't come out until that Friday but they might be able to have someone come out on Tuesday. WTF. Our H2O tank was not working thus we had NO water in our unit. Imagine doing your morning business and not being able to flush. Not only did they not call me to inform me of the issue they just kept saying how ""sorry"" they were. Sorry doesn't get things done. I called Bill Howe plumbing at 10am after Russell Plumbing called me to inform me they were still searching for an available plumber. BH came out at noon and had the tank replaced and up to CA code in 2.5 hrs. It was a smooth process. The reason I went with RP initially was because they were $200 less and our HOA in City Scene has them on contract. From my experience RP conducted business in a way that made me actually write a bad review so that others can avoid having to deal with this company and their very poor way of doing business. IF you have to pay a bit more and not have to deal with this company do it. They get 0/5 stars from me but had to give 1 so I could post this

Had a leak in my water line to my house. Literally took an hour to dig the hole. Then he calls in help???? seriously? so 5 hours later to cut and glue a couple of pipes costs 900$+? Robbery! Next time, I will not be calling Russell's Plumbing.

Mike fixed our leaking toilet today. He was courteous and I have to say a cool guy. My husband was here with him and then I pulled up and my car battery died. Mike was patient and also helped me with a jump. This company has a great asset with having Mike as an employee!

My parents house had a clog in the drain and I was there when the plumber Chris came, he was really nice and explained what was wrong. The whole thing only took him about an hour and he drew a diagram for me to help explain what we could do in the future to help prevent the problem from happening again. Would definitely recommend giving them a call for any plumbing needs!

Brian did a very professional job installing a water heater in extremely cramped quarters for my mobile home. He made a very clean job out of a real mess where the old water heater resided. He called David in for some help removing the old and placing the new.

It was a pleasure doing business with them both and with Russell Plumbing. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to you.

My kitchen sink was backing up. I called Russell Plumbing after hours and within about 20 minutes, Eric returned the call and he was here in about 15 minutes. Eric was experienced, and got the job done in no time. He's our champion!! Thank you!!

Called them to get an appt to get the kitchen drain jetted out...they never called back. So then I went online and filled out a request service and gave them my contact info...again nothing.
They used to be a really good plumbing company. Ive' used them before but now they won't even return a call or an email. I guess they don't need the business so don't bother with these people.

Called on Monday to get my tub hooked up and they said someone would be there on Tuesday at 10 AM . No one came. Sent a guy out at 1 PM who said he does not know how to install a tub. I could do it if I had the time. Told me that they guys that can install a tub are all booked up for the next few days. UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG Man this is upsetting. I wasted my whole day waiting.
