Recommended Customer Reviews

I am giving this company a 5 star review for Russells Plumbing for turning a not so happy customer into a happy one. My mother n law is 97 and needed new valves installed to replace corroded dated valves. The plumber initially came out and just tightened to valves without replacing them for usual and customary fees which equaled a total of $175 for installing two washing machine hoses and tightening bolts. I was not happy and contacted the awesome customer service rep in the phone reminding her that we specifically ordered the job for 2 valves and hoses replacement. The rep agreed that the job was not adequate and the plumber returned the next day and installed at no charge except for the two valve parts cost. It's nice to find a company who honor their word and resolve the issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called at 7am and was told someone would be over this afternoon. They are a no show and no call either. It is now 5pm. Called them and was told they won't be coming over and not sure when they would be able to. I've had this happen once before but forgave them. I have used them several times in the past. Never EVER again. I am more than pissed!

Scammers! Unreliable and price gouged my 81-year old grandmother who had a leaky bath tub faucet. After scheduling a couple different appointments because he never showed up the first time (no phone call either although the office said he said he called), plumber came out, spent 1.5 hours taking apart and putting back together the faucet (no resolution and $175 owed for his time) only to quote her $1300 to repair (fixing tile they'd need to bust through, etc). Plumber rescheduled over a week later to do the work but in the meantime, she found another company who came out same day to fix for $90.00 out of the door, no tiles busted! I just noticed Russell's Plumbing had another review on here dealing with an elderly neighbor (84 years old) and they gouged as well. To Russell's Plumbing - How do you sleep at night, people call you because they need help and pay you for a service. Everyone knows plumbing issues aren't cheap but you clearly take advantage! You may have plenty of work right now but keep this up and people will catch on!

I have used Russell Plumbing for the last 2 years. They have been excellent on being available ,especially for the apartments I property manage . Pete is the man ! He really takes his time to get the job done ! I would definitely recommend them for getting the job done !!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! Had a main line log and called them to fix it . They had come out before for the same problem a year prior and were able to fix it . Well this time my husband wasn't here to help carry the big snake so he refused to try it even after I offered to help. Used the small one and couldn't get it . Got on the roof to use the camera and find the problem , found the problem and was able to get the camera through it but still wouldn't fix the clog . This all cost me $633 dollars to not have the problem resolved .this whole encounter revolved around money ,my ""problem "" was my pipes need to be replaced so beyond that he didn't see a problem that needed to be fixed . Forget that I couldn't use my toilets or sinks .
I ended up having to call another company come out and fix it after Russell's wouldn't . The other company was here for 10 MINUTES and had the clog removed and everything working properly .

A very close 84 year old friend of mine recently had a simple 40 gallon water heater replaced by Russell and was charged $1,900! The water heater was a 3,800 btu Rheem as is available at Home Depot for $739.00. That's almost $1,000 labor which, is nearly double what it should cost. No itemized receipt was provided so we have no idea why it was so expensive. If you have elderly friends or family, look after them so that this doesn't happen to someone you love!
There are plenty of reputable plumbers out there read the reviews!..... don't trust these guys!!

We have used them multiple times and have been happy will all work done. Today we had them install a new toilet. They were friendly and quick.

Russell's has been the only plumbing company I've used in the last 10 years. Always great service.
In chatting with Brian today (nicest guy in the world), I found out he is NOT vaccinated. It's his personal ""medical freedom"" to not get vaccinated against COVID. He was not wearing a mask.
I called the company and made them aware that he is unmasked. I am posting this to say that they require their employees to wear masks.
COVID is one more line in the sand for people with opposing opinions. I respect Brian's right to not choose to be vaccinated. I am responsible for my own safety, and I should have asked. I didn't.
In the future, anyone showing up to work at my place, IF UNMASKED, I will ask about their vaccination status. I've been too complacent.

This is not a review based on their plumbing, but rather their stance on safety precautions and their employees. Per the States guidelines, and just common human decency during a WORLDWIDE pandemic-masks ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL UNVACCINATED PERSONS INDOORS. I would think the company as a whole would make this explicitly clear to their employees, as how they're are entering private residences. When an unmasked plumber entered my parents home for service on Monday, it was not until my husband asked if he was vaccinated (he was NOT) and asked him to done a mask that he complied. When my mother called to notify the company, their response was apathetic and unconcerned, stating they can't force their plumbers to do so. Actually, it's state mandated. So yes, you can. Thank you Russels plumbing for always providing great service over the many years. Even if you give zero sh*ts about public health and your customer safety.

I've been dealing with the death of my fiance from Coved and a pipe just blew a hole in the floor. Russell's plumbing was AMAZING with only my promise to pay they patched it then fix it asap. Then next week it was fixed. Thank you so much to the Russell's family. Big Hugs... Safety 6 feet..lol
Thank you again...
